So I'm Halowazzupman and if you want me to do a review of your adventure map, I'd be glad to!
Here's what I do:
What Maps can be Submitted:
I will do:
Adventure Maps
Parkour Maps
Puzzle Maps
Speed (Timed) Maps
I will do nothing that needs mods. I do not mod. Texturepacks, on the other hand, are okay.
Submitting? Fill out this Form:
Name of the Map: Difficulty Level: (if unknown leave blank) Map Length:(Approx. Time and/or short/medium/long) Link to MC Forums Page: You have to have your own page for me to do your map. Why? A few reasons:
1. No pics, no clicks.
2. I want to see that you have given time and effort to make your map good, and a good indication of that is a nice, clean MC Forums page. Additional Information: (First map? Big world file? Redstone lag? Just put it all here. This is optional)
What I Review on:
Your review will look a little like this:
Score: (1-10) Creativity/Originality: Storyline: Adventure: Action:
Review: (Paragraph or two describing what a liked/didn't like on the map, as well as what I think you should change, and/or what I think was really cool)

Review: First thing I have to say is: I couldn't finish. I couldn't get past the Guardians Posts and stuff in the Nether. I don't cheat so I left there. Second: VERY nice map. Everything that I saw was really nicely made, the Pigmen townspeople were a really cool idea and the redstone room was realy nice (the one with the giant redstone torches and such). So here's from the beggining:
I spawned and everything, the 'freezer' was pretty cool and the story just kicked off right away. The map notes are a really good idea, I've seen them before, but I still really like that idea. I looked around town, the sign about the missing dog made me laugh, and then a creeper almost destroyed the front doors of the zomb hotel, but I managed to back away in time. What I'm trying to say is: Really nice starting town. It took me a little while to find the dock, but that's okay, the look-out post helped with that (on the Seperatist Police place). I got to the ruins and the piston 'trap' was really good. Next in the redstone room, I was confused for a while on what to do, but eventually I got to the two rooms and beat the challenges (again, in the note-block redstone pulse room it took me some time.) I got past the room with all the graves and the portal and I got to the Nether OK, but after searching the town I just couldn't find any levers or anything to open the glowstone doors. But I could hear Ghasts from inside there, so maybe that's not a bad thing :tongue.gif: . But I had to leave off there so marks get docked. The Pigmen homes were really nice though!
Summary:
Pros:
- Starting town is nice
- Story tells you what to do straight away.
- Redstone work is really good.
- Story keeps you quite captivated and makes you want to continue and not give up.
- Pigmen town is awesome!
-VERY original, though I have seen some of the ideas before
Cons:
- Directions are not as clear as they could be in many places (like what to do in the two rooms off the redstone room, where exactly the tower/ruins are, etc.)
- I couldn't find the keys to the post.
Overall: Pros > Cons = Good Map. Not the best, but I would recommend it if I had been able to finish it.
So I have some questions:
1. How do you finish the map?
2. How does it end?

I don't do survival, didn't you read my first post?
Sorry, but I'm going to have to decline. Here are my reasons:
1. The page is really poorly made and has no rules on it.
2. There is really no proper grammar and it just doesn't make me want to play it.
3. The story is really bland and has been done millions of times before, not even just in Minecraft, for example - Portal.
4. Only 24 hours?!?! My first map (and currently only one) took at least (I didn't time myself) 42 hours to make.

Thanks for submitting your map for review!
I've gotten this complaint before, and it will be resolved in the map update that will be released once 1.9 comes out (waiting for the opportnity to put proper villagers in the starting town). In order to beat the game...
Return to the main redstone chamber and take the gatekeeper levers from their posts, bringing them with you through the nether portal. This was hinted at with the "atop the abyss" plaque in the graveyard and the "Final Post of Gatekeeper the _____" Signs on the ghast tower, though it has been made evident that these hints are too subtle. Get those levers and put them in their place on the outside of the ghast tower, allowing you access to the boss battle.
Someone mentioned that this isn't as intuitive as it should be, so I'll include how to beat the tower in this sub-spoiler:
You must lead a ghast up to the top of the tower, dodging fireballs as you do so, and get it to shoot at and activate the inactive portal there. Go through it to the end of the map.
Hope that helps, and have fun with the rest of the map!

This isn't really an Adventure Map of any sort - there's no goal, so no, I'm not going to play it.
