herp derp well haxx0rs welp Hi Vechs I am Beast at Mindcraft and i wanted to says to you, can i build with u? i make maps much betar than yors and you needs some help making yours and i d be happie too help u.
My Legendary doesn't has Blazes or enchanted loot. ;_;
I'm not sure if should I be sad for being missing such awesomeness, or happy for experiencing something closer to the original experience. ;_;
...maybe I should play version 3.0 as soon as I finish my current one? Hmmmm.
There isn't much of that in 3.0, one area has blazes and the only loot related to enchanting is an enchanting table and a chest with experience bottles.
And cavespiders, though only in this one area so far. The potions are gonna be nice though
(...I sure did NOT miss the cavespiders... >.<)
Just wait 'till you get to the Nether.
You.
WILL.
DIE.

The nether was easy. All you needed was a simple strategy other than charging the place. If Vechs ever updates it with some of his recently discovered traps, then it'll be a different story.
Yeah, from what I have seen in videos (mainly Zisteau ("I don't know why anyone would ever want to go down there")), it seems fairly easy to protect yourself...
You know, there is a way that Vechs intends you to do an area, and then there is a way that Vechs makes it possible to beat the area.
Those two ways don't always have to be the same (as in, Vechs' way doesn't need to be possible :P)
Hey guys I have a big problem with Sunburn Islands. Could anybody who has experienced this problem and knows has to fix it help me? All the spoilers are hidden, so if you haven't played it yet this post won't spoil anything.
So I downloaded Sunburn Islands a few days ago, conquered 8 dungeons, after that I decided to hop on my boat and search for more dungeons, I traveled a lot and suddenly when I reached this place (pic in the spoiler)...
...my game crashed. After turning the game on and trying the save again it just lags A LOT. I don't get more than 2 FPS. The game is unplayable, it even took me 4 minutes to select the map and make the pic you saw up there. And the strange thing is that this only happens on this savegame, I have 100-200 FPS on all the others.
I tried:
• restarting the game
• restarting the PC
• I downloaded optifine and decreased all the graphical setting to a minimum
• swithing the graphical settings to extreme
• switching to peaceful
None of these worked and now I am really worried that I will not be able to play on this map anymore. It's my favorite one so far ( I completed 6 SH maps in the past). So any help would be appreciated, I will try anything.

I got nothing. Maybe you should write a creepypasta about it. It'd be interesting to see one based on the Super Hostile series.
Here, I'll start it. So, one day, I was playing Sunburn Islands, a map part of the awesome Super Hostile Series by Vechs. I was halfway done with the map when something very strange happened. I got in a boat and traveled around with a map, searching for more dungeons. However, when I got to one of the corners on the map I made, the game crashed. I tried and tried to get it working again, but I couldn't. The strangest thing of all was that it was only my Sunburn Islands save file that was not working. All the other files were in full working order. It was almost as if I was about to find something that I shouldn't...
Yeah, this is probably horrible. Sorry.
Hey guys I have a big problem with Sunburn Islands.
-snippity doo dah day-
I have a similar story.
I was playing through Infernal Sky II. I was gathering diamonds when I held caps lock instead of shift on a ledge. I fell into the void. Before I died, I panicked and hit pause. I then quit out of mc, went into MCedit, and moved my position back onto the ledge. (A cheap shot, I know) When I went back into the game, I spontaneously died and the diamonds fell into the void. (mini-moral: don't screw with Vechs) Anyway, from that point onward, whenever I was in the Ghost Town, mc freeze-crashed. EVERY TIME. It was weird, and I still don't know how that happened. Luckily, I had already gotten the wools from there, so it was okay.

You should add a map that has to do with surviving in the nether!
...Nightmare Realm?

Before I died, however, I was able to quit the game, go into MCEdit, and put myself back on the ledge. Cheating, yes, but I didn't want to lose those diamonds. However, when I went back into the game, I died anyway. My items scattered all across the ledge - except for the diamonds, which fell into the void. From that point on, whenever I went to an area of the map known as the Ghost Town, my game crashed. It was almost as if Vechs himself was punishing me for cheating like I did...
I'm sorry. i couldn't resist doing it again.
WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE POTIONS AS THEIR AVATARS
I MEAN SRSLY GUISE BE MOAR ORIGINAL
You must have missed it. A little while ago, a couple of people made their avatars potions. They asked a third person to join them, who reluctantly did. People noticed that there were people changing their avatars to potions and a bunch of people joined in. It became referred to as either "the potion bandwagon" or "potion cult", and was full of unoriginal members of the forums. There was a battle between regular avatars and potion avatars, but few of the potion avatars have been converted back to originality.

I see. So it reached meme status...
Interesting......

Going to suck when Vechs puts the anti bridging bombs everywhere in every map ever.
Honestly, I think the ceiling in the Swamp of despair is too low fro Vechs to add anti-bridging bombs... you know, without it becoming painfully obvious where they are.

Not really... The main reasons as for why i'm a potion are
1) Near that time, someone commented that people with the default avatar were like nobodies and
2) Orange is my favorite color.
I got to a part that said Enchanted Diamond Armour, I opened it, it was a fish, then a creeper spawns from a spawner and it landed on a pressure plate that made me fall in lava. now it's lucky it was only a fish

Nope. He just used the wonderful splashie things that my avatar is made up of.
