FINAL UPDATE:
Well guys, it's been fun. I appreciate all the support that I have received for this project, however it has hit brick wall after brick wall. Many of the main mods needed for this pack I cannot get permissions for, and the pack itself has been plagued with incompatibilities. During my beta tests, I discovered many problems which I cannot even hope to fix, including leaking ram and cpu usage blue screening my entire pc. Also, even my 8gb ram intel i5 cannot run it smooth enough to play happily.
This began as a project for me to use, and I chose to share it with community, however for now, the project is at it's end. sorry guys!
UPDATE:
I am currently collecting together permissions from all the mods in the pack. You can see my current progress here: https://docs.google....#38;usp=sharing
If a mod is marked with red, go pester the mod maker to give me permission!
I will probably make this an FTB public pack, but I am also learning HTA (HTML Application), with the hope of creating my very own launcher! Wish me luck!
Hello!
Just a quick post to say that I am working on a config pack for minecraft 1-5-2.
What will this config pack be for, you ask?
Well, it will have config files, with all the ID's resolved, for over 200 different mods!
MODS:
(I will eventually make a proper list. I promise. Plus, these mods were all the ones that I could fit on my screen. There are about 15 more above and below ,'/ )
"But do you have all of the permissions from the mod authors?"
- I don't need them. This isn't going to be a mod pack, it will be a zipped up folder of all the ID's needed for all the mods to work together.
"Why are you writing this?"
- Because I want to know if people will actually use this pack, and what extra mods they want included!
Thanks for any help!

PURE ID's[mirror] - A config folder with the correct ID's - everything else is the same (no other edits to config files)
LIGHTNING ID's[mirror] - A config folder with the correct ID's, plus edited configs to suit Lightnings needs, including: Easier recipes, non-hardcore crafting, easier mobs, less lag.
HOW TO USE
1.) Download the config file.
2.) Create a new MultiMC instance
3.) Install all of the mods you want/need (eg, forge, dependancies)
4.) Unzip the config file you downloaded, and place it in multiMC/instances/INSTANCE_NAME/minecraft
4b.) Allow it to replace any files that already exist
5.) PLAY!
7.) Tell me if everything goes wrong/explodes/both!

Well, an awful lot. Too many to write down, so hears a screen shot in the OP Of coarse I will eventually have to write a modlist, so I'm probably putting of the inevitable...

Need a mod-pack with 300+ mods? click the achievement!
Currently, since this mod pack is all about having TONNES of mods, not enough mods have been updated. However, once the 1.5.x version is released, I will definitely start work on a 1.6 pack.

That's the plan I'm also learning windows HTA (HTML application), and my EVENTUAL plan is to create my very own launcher. I have many ideas for different packs, all based around one central config folder.

Shame. I put a lot of work into this.
Guess I won't release it...
Ok, thanks! That was my plan. I've carried on developing it, for personal use, so I still might host it for others :-)
Which mods are you supporting?

I have multiple backpack mods, and adding mo' explosives is a great idea! I will add it
The herobrine mod? That is exactly what this post is about - mod suggestions! I'll get to adding it!
Thanks! I'm currently working through all of the mods, getting permissions so I can turn this into a proper mod pack!
