keep in mind that US time it is somewhere between 4am and 7am, so there is still plenty of time for a release today, especially if you consider the fact he is in college and probably won't have time for personal stuff until the end of his classes, so cross your fingers and be patient

Really looking forward to seeing what's included in the update, but since we're waiting on chicken to update first...it may be a while.

well lamps and afew bug fixes is all we are geting looks like the new change log is up and no tanks no fabricator no thing all we get are the lamps

Thats sucks.... really, I still can't decide if this is worse or not than the forgecraft teasing, it is like "you all want cool stuff ? I'm gonna release and udpdate ! No I'm kidding, you won't get anything :P"

What's even more annoying is the fact that Soaryn's further ahead with stuff than what we see on ForgeCraft most likely. (assuming we watch DW20's vids that is...)

Any chance that corn will be changed to grow on grass? Corn will pretty much grow anywhere that grass can.

Could it be? Could I really have found a semi-practical use for Quartz Crystals (before 1.5 comes out)?!

The quartz crystal is placed on the side of the block. The chickens can fall into the gaps around the crystal, but for some reason they can't hop out.

Interesting.

Also interesting, it seems like that's one of those natural stone surfaces judging by Rei's. Those are awesome. Stone everywhere, and no bothersome tree's to cut down if you want to build an actual house rather than dig a house out.

Someone using my server tells me my server keeps crashing because of the quartz crystals causing fps issues, is there any truth behind this?

hard to say for sure, but i can say for positive that public versions still have pretty bad issues with z-fighting on most of the xycraft blocks, so it could be so that they're not exactly well optimized yet.

i keep making the same mistake, i think "oh, i've given them a few months, surely it'll be fixed by now" THAT is why i seem to ALWAYS be angry to some of you, my advice is to get the lead out.

there were nice things here, until the mod author threw a tantrum.

What should I do? I like the potential this mod has but the players on my server want the server to run better.

honestly seriously doubt that the z-fighting should cause any performance issues, i would say consider a better server host or hosting package as the main thing really.
