i looked up the blaster worm on microsoft and it sayed this To detect this virus, search for a file that is named Msblast.exe, Nstask32.exe, Penis32.exe, Teekids.exe, Winlogin.exe, Win32sockdrv.dll, or Yuetyutr.dll in the Windows\System32 folder, or download the latest antivirus software signature from your antivirus vendor, and then scan your computer. Best practices for security suggest that you perform a complete "clean" installation on a previously compromised computer to remove any undiscovered exploits that can lead to a future compromise. I dont know if this will help but,W32.Blaster.Worm is a malicious parasite that installs on your computer and exploits the DCOM RPC vulnerability. Once it has been executed, it has a date-triggered payload that launches a denial-of-service attack against WindowsUpdate.com. This prevents you from updating your system with vital security updates. W32.Blaster.Worm and all its associate parasites can be removed easily using a free removal tool tailored to kill all its running processes and ensure that your computer is free from malicious activity.
W32.Blaster.Worm (blaster virus) exploits the DCOM RPC vulnerability. This is described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-026, and a patch for the Blaster virus / worm is available there. You must download and install the patch. In many cases, you will need to do this before continuing with the removal instructions. If you are not able to remove the blaster worm infection or prevent msblast re-infection using the following instructions, first download and install the MSblast / Blaster patch.
•Additional MSblast / Blaster virus information, and an alternate site from which to download the Microsoft patch is available in the Microsoft article What You Should Know About the MSblast / Blaster Worm and Its Variants.
•Because of the way the MSblast / Blaster virus works, it may be difficult to connect to the Internet to obtain the MSblast / Blaster patch, MSblast / Blaster definitions, or MSblast / Blaster removal tool before the MSblast / Blaster worm shuts down the computer. It has been reported that, for users of Windows XP, activating the Windows XP firewall may allow you to download and install the MSblast / Blaster patch, obtain virus definitions, and run the MSblast / Blaster removal tool. This may also work with other firewalls, although this has not been confirmed.
Follow these Steps to remove the MSblast / Blaster virus
•Step 1, Patch your computer
•Fix for worm MSblast / Blaster
Step 2, Disable system restore
•Disable system restore
Step 3, Free Blaster Worm Anti Virus
•Remove worm MSBLAST
Step 4, Re enable system restore
•Re enable system restore
The MSblast / Blaster virus infects machines via network connections. The MSblast / Blaster worm targets only Windows 2000 and Windows XP machines. The MSblast / Blaster exploits the DCOM RPC vulnerability that is described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-026. The MSblast / Blaster worm attempts to download the msblast.exe file to the %WinDir%\system32 directory and then execute it.
The MSblast / Blaster worm also attempts to perform a Denial of Service (DoS) on the Microsoft Windows Update Web server (windowsupdate.com). This is an attempt to prevent you from applying the MSblast / Blaster patch on your computer against the DCOM RPC vulnerabilityIf neither of those work use these.
Use the instructions on this removal guide to fix it:

There is also this.
Re-boot your computer in SAFE MODE
To run it in Safe Mode, as soon as your computer turns on hit the F8 key (repeatedly) until a screen comes up
Choose Start computer in SAFE MODE with network support
Download and install Malware Bytes
http://malware-virus-spyware-remover-too…
Run a FULL SCAN with both programs – They are FREE
this to.
Symantec says that it is possible to connect to the internet by turning on a firewall. Good idea. Except for a couple things. One is, if you had an internet security package containing a firewall, you probably have antivirus too, and so you probably don't have the worm. Two is, if you don't have a firewall installed, you may have difficulty getting one installed with the worm active.
So, if you don't have internet security software, you better plan on getting some soon! In the meantime, your best bet is to find a kindly friend who will download the patch for you, and save it to a floppy or CD and let you use it.
Where do you find this software patch? Here's the link:
The page also provides instructions on using the patch. Good luck!
Or follow these steps.
1.
Print these directions before proceeding because you will have to restart your computer.
2.
Download FixBlast.exe and save it to a location on your computer, preferably the desktop where you have easier access to it.
3.
Close any running programs on your computer and disconnect your network.
4.
Click the Windows "Start" button and click the "Control Panel." Click the "System" icon and click the "System Restore" tab.
5.
Place a check on "Turn Off System Restore" and click "OK" to save the changes and disable System Restore. Restart your computer when prompted to.
6.
Double-click the FixBlast.exe file you downloaded and click "Start" to allow the tool to run and remove Blaster Worm and all its associated parasites.
7.
Restart your computer and run the removal tool again to ensure that your computer is clean. Reconnect your network.
8.
Click the Windows "Start" button and click the "Control Panel." Click the "System" icon and click the "System Restore" tab.
9.
Remove the check "Turn Off System Restore" and click "OK" to save the changes and reactivate System Restore. Restart your computer when prompted to complete the removal process.
But for a blaster infection, you will have a quick download patch that will do most of the work. Back when it hit, it was a pain to remove. Well, if it had hit its time to start. Beforehand, it was just like most other virus': hit the reg locations, startup folders and files, run a trend micro housecall scan (to check active memory and restore points mainly), then you were good as clean.
I just aked some guys to help with your mod. They are Rusigami, and some other dudes including the one who made moz creatures.
Mo Creatures Guy-DrZhark Both I and Neonscorpion have asked for various things and as far as I know, he has not acknowledged
Risugami, Whether he'll help or not is totally beyond me, if he did that would be really cool though.
Ideas(Added To)
I have come up with some ideas, whether or not you use them is up to you. They are:
Hammer:
Crafting: Crafted in 2 stages.
Stage 1- Hammerhead
With =Cobble/iron/gold/diamond/other?
Stage 2: Hammer
With =Hammerhead and =Obviously sticks :tongue.gif:
Uses:
Weapon-less powerful than a sword or same strength. (Up to you)
Tool-Breaks stone slower than pick, maybe chance of double drops. (eg. 1/8)
Crafting-required in the anvil. (another idea)
Red-Hot Iron:
Crafting: Smelt iron ore in a furnace.
Uses:
Crafting-Used in anvil.
Something to do with water to cool them into iron ingots. Open to suggestions.
Anvil:
Crafting:
Open to suggestions for a change in the recipe, doesn't seem quite right to me.
Uses:
Crafting-Putting a hammer in the left slot and Red-Hot Iron/Coal in the 2X2 or 3X3 or whatever grid merges the Red-Hot Iron and Coal into Dwarven Steel.
Dwarven Steel:
Crafting: Smith Red-Hot Iron and Coal together on an anvil using a hammer. Only craftable by dwarves?
Uses:
Crafting-Can be used to make tools/weapons/armor/anything else you want to add.
Dwarven Steel has 1.5 the durability of Iron and 1.5 the strength/speed of Iron. Pickaxes can mine anything but Obsidian.
Pickers:
Forgot about these so I'm adding them to my suggestions now.
Crafting: Not sure on the recipe, but made of Iron, maybe necessary to add a 4X4 crafting grid.

What do you guys think?
I an sure most of the other mdoders have their plates full on the things they want to bring to MC. As much as I would like to see people organize and make something epic, it takes everyone agreeing on one chief to call the shots. Which is almost impossible.
I think for mithicraft, items aren't where our ideas should be focused. I think the game needs seperate game modes that help facilitate game setup for people to enjoy in a server client setup.
I can't check out what the mod has because there is no version of it to test out, but if I had my hands on it, I would have a much better view on where it can be tweaked to give a much better experience.

So are you saying we should make a different game mode kind of like how there is " Hardcore, creative, and survival"? So it would be like "RPG"(i don't know what to call it but that kind of idea).

Essentially, yeah. Where there is a game master mode, where what you do in the client is saved to a server world location (it saves to a folder) instead of a single player save, makes a modified server properties, possibly makes a launch shortcut to launch the server with that world. Maybe even injects your werver with the mod so it runs everything on the server end.
Actually, if it was made all server end, I am sure it can pass all the info to connecting clients so they can log in with vanilla MC and still get the experience of the RPG.
Hey I would like to help test the mod. If you need any help ask and I will do as much as I can. I'm not a modder or a code person so I might not be of to much help but if i can help that would be nice. Plus I'm new so yeah bye

Kinda like how Mo'creatures works on SMP.
that would be really hard to do(atleast for me) it might not be for others though.
hey, i was wanting to work on a zelda style mod, would ya like to team up? im not good at modding itself but im amazing with ideas :biggrin.gif: maybe if we get a team started we could make modding smoother!
OMG... This is the kind of Idea that I have been looking for! Its has all the things you would want! A SMPp mod for this would be awesome. I love the Idea, however I don't really like the name. If I was to make it I would change the name(Would still give you credit).

Adventurecraft already has a bunch of zelda themed downloads for the adventurecraft mod.
that would be really hard to do(atleast for me) it might not be for others though.
It really depends on what needs to be shuttled around between clients and the server.
I haven't taken a deep look into the difference between the two, but the basic concept of the server is it controls the seed and biome/chunk generation. It then hands the quad data to the clients to render.
For mods that do NPC's, the server would have to know where the npc's are and manage their scripts.
But Mo'creatures goes against that in the respect that it pushes client side code into the server world. Maybe it client side manages the ai, position, and the server, not having controls to monitor client content, does nothing to stop it. I would have to try running Mo'creatures against a vanilla server that I run to check. The console for the server should spew some data if something is happening it can't handle but allows.
I agree that this does have all the stuff ive been looking for to,but why change the name?

I personaly believe that a mod's name should tell exactly what it does/is or at least named after its creator if its such a wide spectrum. IDK what I would call it but Mythicraft wouldn't be it.
Just asking maybe this can be a future update when the full version comes out.
