Yeah this has probably been mentioned before but it makes the game unplayable.
well... i would say make awhole world of robots that can be accesed via portal (that is made from iron blocks and the portal is powered with a switch! I know it will be easy to acces but... will it be easy to survive?
anyways...
add these:
cyborgs- they should wander around the robot world.they will folo you on first sight and wander around with you. but if you hit one be ready to get a shower of lasers! XD
mechasteve- actually its a replica of you. he builds houses cuta down trees... wel... like you and its attack is the basic fist one but it deals 2 DMG instead of 1. it also attacks you on sight and will respawn everytime its deadits should respawn neer the portal or just in 0-x 0-z
keeper- a humanoid robot that is about 3 block high (like Enderman! XD) with one eye and hi shoots 3 lasers one at a time. this means he has 3 turrets on him that shoot seperately. he gurds a room with TONS of treasure because he must be hard to beat!
zombatrons, creepertrons, spidertrons, pigatrons, cowatron, sheepatron, chikatron, squidatron, radioactive spill(a.k.a slime) ghastatron and... SKELETRON! XD-
so actually they are all the regular mobs except the fact that they have more hp and dropp cores and maybe iron. the creepertron has a nuke-explosion that only hits mobs. it cant destroy land.
and last but not least... CYBERGBRIAN! DUM DUM DUM!
basicaly herobrian BUT! he can fly, shoot lasers/fireballs/arrows at you, teleport to places and he drops 10 golden apples because of the MEGA-HP and MEGA-DMG. which means... 25 HP 10 DMG
ok now we will talk about items/blocks
technarrow-
an arrow that conerts organic stuff to robotic
*shoots arrow at grass
*grass turns to frass
more weponary:
plasma saw- a chain saw like wepon but it deal MASSIVE DMG 10 dmg and it has 50 uses. can be repaired at a *repair station" with plasma containers
plasma rifle- shoots for 5 DMG with a pretty slow projectile. "healed" with plasma containers
plasma turret- like the original turret but with a plasma gun on it(deals 2.5 DMG)
and the EXTINGUISHER! DUM DUM DUM- actually its a tnt luncher the uses tnt as ammo =P
blocks:
repair station- used like a furnace but to repair other items it uses other items
example to repair a plasma rifle it uses plasma containers
to repair diamond sword it uses diamond
healing station. if you are home and dont want to waste food and you need healing use this thing and itll keeep your going
hover car- like the hover boat but you can shoot out of it. but its REALLY fast

This mod is great but there is only one problem, every world I generate doesn't have a tech biome I look everywhere. I want to be able to find a tech biome and make duplexes because they are an easy building material, all you need is one. But seriously There are no tech biomes in any new world I make. Hope this gets fixed.

did you use modloader version, and if so, do you have any mods that modify classes kd(BiomeGenBase) and yf (ChunkProviderGenerate)

I used the modloader version and I have even doubled check that the kd class and the yf classes
I even tried it with the non modloader version same result.
Yep I have no other mods that use those two classes I just don't have the tech biomes. They just aren't generating
could you change some names of things in the minecraft client files because they have the exact same name as some aether files so they are not compatible

Well finally found one after a long time of looking, the generaton of the tech biomes really need to be fix by that I mean more/bigger tech biomes.

Also I have a little idea when I found this biome I have found that under the frass was clay which makes me think that frass should be able to turn nearby clay blocks it to more frass.
But now it keeps giving horrible lag spikes that never end.

OMG The lag spikes forced me to delete my world so I used the same worldcode that is in the OP and guess what My spawn point was in a tech biome. What luck! :biggrin.gif:

OH even better, seems that this biome is HUGE Like 500 or so cybertrees. I will probably get the spawn coordinates.

Oh and thank you for making duplexes letting off light, I can use them as torches, hehe Infinite source of light. But either way it makes sense.
Also I call sliders, chippers because they look like microchips.

Oh well at least the seed is easy to know and I wrote down the coordinates of the tech biome for the seed of

I think I know what caused the lag though. The bobbies I was killing kept duplicating which most likely cause huge lag, and the sliders' spawn could be lessened as well. Or at least a way to reduce fall damage in this mod easily. Like for instants a type of boots that absorb fall damage. But if that was to be added what would they be made of? Hmm maybe frass? or maybe even the slider shells which would add an added bounce to your step?
This looks like it'd be a pretty fun mod to play around with, two questions though: Does the laser gun use ammo? And how much damage does it do?
Well I only know the answer to one of those questions and no the lazer gun doesnt use ammo but From what I know It doesn't do much damage but who knows.

NVM I figured it out, this mod was incompatible with the portal gun mod, silly me. Oh well thankfully Both mods could be placed in the mods folder then I can just swap them when ever I please. :smile.gif: :biggrin.gif:

did you use modloader version, and if so, do you have any mods that modify classes kd(BiomeGenBase) and yf (ChunkProviderGenerate)
I used the modloader version and I have even doubled check that the kd class and the yf classes
I even tried it with the non modloader version same result.
Yep I have no other mods that use those two classes I just don't have the tech biomes. They just aren't generating

Also I have a little idea when I found this biome I have found that under the frass was clay which makes me think that frass should be able to turn nearby clay blocks it to more frass.
But now it keeps giving horrible lag spikes that never end.

OMG The lag spikes forced me to delete my world so I used the same worldcode that is in the OP and guess what My spawn point was in a tech biome. What luck! :biggrin.gif:

OH even better, seems that this biome is HUGE Like 500 or so cybertrees. I will probably get the spawn coordinates.

Oh and thank you for making duplexes letting off light, I can use them as torches, hehe Infinite source of light. But either way it makes sense.
Also I call sliders, chippers because they look like microchips.

I think I know what caused the lag though. The bobbies I was killing kept duplicating which most likely cause huge lag, and the sliders' spawn could be lessened as well. Or at least a way to reduce fall damage in this mod easily. Like for instants a type of boots that absorb fall damage. But if that was to be added what would they be made of? Hmm maybe frass? or maybe even the slider shells which would add an added bounce to your step?

I think it is the bobbies duplication, which is like how the whales of the aether wouldent despawn. But in this case bobbies duplicate too much.

1= larger more mobile robots like those tank/terminators i think they are called t-100
2= humanoid bots! they can patrol between two points and you can arm them and upgrade them!
3= i feel really stupid wearing diamond armor with a highly advanced laser pistol.
