This looks great! id love to try it but i cant seem to force my self to downgrade. Im going to check back every couple hours for an update, best of luck with this.
Ok, so, I'm trying not to be a jerk here, but this mod is pissing me off. Here's why:
1: There's no way to play it solo without getting 3 levels up on a tower and dying every 3 seconds.
2: What idiot's idea was it to put lava on the edge on one of the tower room types? When you shoot an explosive arrow to clear the room, it all falls down and kills you. And if you do manage to swim up, 3 spawners spawning scorpions and slimes literally every 5 seconds each, will kill you instantly. Not to mention I'm always randomly pulled into the lava by something that isn't there, and then I can't move and the mobs tear me apart.
3: This was all in a level 1 area, while I'm LEVEL 3. Now, I'm not some "MLG pro" at gaming, but I'm pretty good. If it's that hard for me, you need to add some extreme difficulty changing....
How to fix these:
Maybe have it set where the spawners only spawn if you are within 3 height levels of them?
And also remove all lava from towers, or block all of the ones around the ladders up/down with wall unbreakable blocks.

i'm really srry to tell you this but you suck^^ i'm level 25 warrior and i am in a level 35 zone and I still beat up everything easy. anyway, this mod is supposed to be played on a server, for the moment there is no server command and open servers are just anoying, just make a personal one and play with some friends till the 0.6 update comes out. either that or play warrior (best for solo^^)

Just throwing the idea out there, but what about mounts? Maybe, to make them balanced, they could only be bought from the stables in a village? Some more Ideas:
-A (very) small inventory space? Maybe 4 by 3, So they don't become super imba?
-The ability to have a large burst of speed.
-Mounted combat?
-A lance, for use on a mount?
-Maybe different kinds of mounts, to put it bluntly, a mage horse, a ranger horse, and a warrior horse, maybe the ranger horse moves the fastest, and the warrior horse is the strongest? Don't know about the mage, maybe their magical field scares horses off and makes wolves aggressive?
Some more. random Ideas:
-Making the three melee weapons we have now more distinct, like the sword swinging faster, the club knocking things back further, and the axe doing the most damage?
-Two more ranged weapons, like a crossbow and throwing knives, for example, the throwing knives would throw slightly slower than pre-1.8 bows, but do the same damage as them, while crossbows would need special ammo and a longer charging time, in exchange for doing a large amount of damage each shot?
-Some more magic spells, or a way to upgrade them. Maybe a fire beam spell, or a fire cloak? Maybe first level blinkis yourself, then a single mob, then a group of anything. Maybe another, linked teleport spell, that functioned by the mage drawing a 3x3 square on the ground, and making another teleporter with the same defining aspects, and linking those two together?
-Potions of healing and mana, which do exactly what they say on the tin, and maybe different levels of them.
-(You don't have to use this if you don't want to, Frizzil) A stat improvement system along the lines of;
Bob is a warrior with a weapon
He uses that weapon, growing more powerful every time he finishes a fight
when he reaches a set number of fights, he goes up in rank from Novice to Rookie, or Rookie to Squire, or Squire to Adept, and so on and so on.
When he reaches a new level, a new set of abilities is set in front of him for his choice, say, from Novice to Rookie,
Thrust/Stab/Etc- Longer range, Less damage
Dodge-sends you to the left or right 2 blocks
Push-Sends your opponent away
And so on and so on
-A way to build a base without getting hilariously killed, maybe make a block that repels mobs and stops them from spawning, just not from spawners?

Ghosts
Liches with wands
Turtles
Floating axes
Some subclass ideas
I saw in the OP you had the subclasses for warriors kinda named, like the berserker, paladin, and knight, but which stat goes with which? I say this'
Berserker: Strength, and a rage ability
Paladin:Fortitude, and a self heal ability
Knight: Dexterity, and a flurry of attacks ability.
The Mage gets this
Arcane Mage: Intelligence, with a a tracking bolt spell.
Warlock: Wisdom, with a Wrath From The Heavens Spell, lightning-ing all nearby entities
I can't think of another sub class for mage, maybe a Warrior/Mage combo?
The Ranger gets these
Woodsmen: Intelligence, with a polymorph bear spell?
?Crossbowman?: Strength, with a flaming Bolt spell
Marksman: Dexterity, with a rapid fire bow spell
Maybe a new class dependent upon agility whenever you figure out what it effects.

I have got a failed server, i used minecraft version changer and got all the necessary files (according to nearbygamer!) when i open the server in java i get this when it says world loaded 89% (or similar)

Then host your own damn server for it, it isn't that hard.
