Remember the good old days when you popped up through the clouds or when the clouds would come through your mountain homes? Well I think it would be awesome for someone to make 1.1.0 (Or 1.2.0 if it comes out soon) Old Cloud Height modification! I loved the old cloud height it was so cool! Someone make a simple old cloud height mod!

Optifine comes with a cloud height option

I missed the 3D clouds, but next update we can build above clouds again.
