Well the 1.7.2 version uses the latest forge builds, so it's set up for 1047. I have no idea what else could cause the error, I'm literally playing my mod right now on it and it's working completely fine for me.
I haven't tested for cross-compatibility with a lot of mods and looking at the crash report you posted, you have a lot of mods, so that's a very good possibility.
Looking at it now, it's a datawatcher issue with another mod that already uses that datawatcher value. I guess I'll add an option in the config for next test release so that the user can adjust it if the need arises.
Yes, it's mostly stable, there should be very few bugs (if any), but keep in mind it is going to be updated a lot, so there may be some inconsistencies between versions. You may not be able to load a world with an older version of it due to me removing some items/blocks , but this is only temporary until Forge comes up with a fix for it.
Good luck, hope it turns out well :3

Change the id of Ruby Armor in the config, the id was set too high by Forge.
http://pastebin.com/hak8uVaP
Do you have anything changed in the config and does it do it every time you load the world? It's working fine for me.
I just cleared the config, and I get the same exact error.
Which version of Forge are you using?
1047. However, my MCPC server uses 1033, but, I test mods before putting them in. I get the same error in 1033 too.
I don't plan on adding capes.

Change the id of the light orb and candle block in the config.
So you don't have a config folder in your .minecraft folder?
