I have rewritten the mod for 1.6.4 since the license allowed.
No code is borrowed, only graphics for the showcase and item icons.
Create statues out of various blocks:
Craft a showcase to show off your valuables:
Statue creation process animated:
Place two blocks on top of each other, right click with a hammer, enter someone's username - and voila - the statue is ready.

1. Install Minecraft forge.
2. Put Autoutils .jar file you downloaded into mods directory.

hey! love the mod. Just a heads up though, in the lastest (2.1.1) version, the mcmod.info say "Chisel" for modid and name, and the description and credits are from chisel too might want to change that eventually. (oh and i love chisel too )
Minor nitpick: Could you make it so that when you equip a statue by shift-clicking, the items check the armor slots first before going into the hand slots?

So everyone knows, if a block has different textures on different sides (like pumpkins or mushroom blocks), it'll use the texture on the target block's north face.

I made a mod showcase due to awesome

Whenever I make statues, the skin always appears as steve. Except when I moved to another texture. Everything after that was steve for every block. When I paint over it everyone except for myself is still the steve skin. Please help

So even when you name the statue while carving it, if you name it after anyone but you the skin doesn't change?

Not sure. Do me favor, though, try it with the name "dalek955". I know that's valid, and if you do succeed in getting the skin, I'm curious to see if you get the same "black hat" glitch that I do.

Statues version is v2.1.1
Minecraft version Forge 9.1.1.965 + LiteMods 164
Statues version v2.1.1 and v2.1.0 are unable to successfully display the players except Steve skin
When I use Statues older version v2.0.2, any player found to be normal display of the skin, but the right statue will collapse, it should be too new relationship autoutils version

Three, in that screen where you've just hit the blocks with the hammer, those six two-axis sliders on the sides are your posing controls.

Here's Statues ported to Minecraft 1.7.2, thanks to the FOSS GPLv2 license used in the mod I was allowed to do this.
