I'm havig a strange issue with the Research Table. When I put 2 tables down and wave the wand, I get 1 arcane workbench and 1 table that stays the same. The heck is going on and how do I fix it?
Also is there any way AT ALL of fixing/fighting taint besides the silverwoods? I'm having trouble getting them to drop enoguh saplings to really clean the taint fast enough.

You use a scribing tools on the 2 tables, not a wand.

Scan some taint. You'll unlock a hidden research that will help. Unless your living directly next to it the taint isn't much of a threat so you'll have plenty of time to get rid of it.

I got a question, Is the infusion enchantments still in the mod? because I'm in a certain point of game play that I want to enchant my stuff the way I want to.

huh... I just noticed it's not in my thaumnomicon at all... Maybe it was changed to hidden research?

Am I the only one getting bored of humanoid golems? What about a flying dragon golem that follows you shooting a less powerful version of the fire focus? Just throwing ideas around, tell me what you think.

Yes, you must scan a Zombie Brain with your Thaumometer to get the Brain in a Jar research. After getting it, the Infusion Enchantment research should appear under infusion.

Dang it... I'm still missing brain in a jar due to the hidden research disappearing bug. I already scanned the brain. Time to go look for some pech then I guess.

Planted an Etheral Bloom on my server and the client crashed. Now it crashes everytime I try to login. Is this a known problem or is it something else?
I'm running a MCPC-plus server if that have anything to do with it, although the server doesn't crash or even give an error.
This is what the client log says anyway:

I was thinking first it had something to do with running out of permmem since I use technic Launcher for this and can't raise the mem of java, but doesn't seem to have anything to do with that.
Does the Ethereal Bloom change the biome when it cures the taint (from tainted to whatever)? Just thought if it did perhaps it's a conflict with trying to return it to the biome it was since that biome was not a vanilla biome? It's vulcano biome from Alternate Terrain Generator (ATG). Maybe it doesn't like it?
Does anyone know how to automate bees with golems?
Taking golems out is easy, any golem with an empty core.
But I can't use a Fill core, with filtering to tell a golem to only put princesses and drones in.
He'll only grab the specific princess I used to set the filter.
This is a pure strain of bees, with all alleles the same, so there is no genetic variation.
Telling the golem to empty from the chest with the bees to the aveary won't work because they just grab the first thing, and then wait till they can put it in a marked inventory.
*edit* I did find something which works, have an Empty golem with multiple empty points in a line away from the starting chest. It will try the item in each inventory, so if it's a princess or a drone, it'll work. You'll need another golem to return them to the starting chest though, and they'll both be working constantly.
This still has issues though, the returning golem will place items in the first slot, which the placing golem will then grab, so a few bad items (honey comb) will ruin your setup.
i found a odd thing out i need volatus aer+motus but tempestas is aer+motus they are the
same and it makes tempestas not volatus i am useing the f t b monster pack i do not no
if it the pack or mod ?

Ether A: Your pack is using a outdated vertion of thaumcraft. B: You have a mod that hasn't updated their API since the G hotfix.
I saw in your picture that you also have an automated production of herba essentia...you could improve it by using a centrifuge to spin down arbor into herba and air/earth (prior to 4.10g arbor was made of earth and herba, now it is made of air and arbor)...
that is what I did for my build:
Eh, maybe. I'm already producing WAY more Herba than what is used, so I'm good on that for quite some time.
ive watched dires video today, and he started playing with the thaumatorium.
he placed an alchemical furnace with a couple of alembics right next to it. now, the alembics seem to connect directly to the thaumatorium, and eject their essentia into it.
but they dont connect visually. there is still a gap between the thaumatorium and the alembic. so would be cool, if a visual connection would be added.
Hey, uh, is anyone having trouble with CTRL-Clicking to easily combine aspects thing? I read about it in the Research Mastery thing and it's not working..?
Hmm my thaumonomicon says i need 25 vis of each type.
yeah, i already corrected that. sorry. the iron caps make it cost 10% more.
so you would need about 27 vis of each type.
dont you have a better wand? making the matrix itself costs 40 ordo, you have to have a better one laying around, since you already managed to craft the thing.

im not shure if it was ctrl clicking or shift clicking. but do you have enough of the base components, to combine the aspect?
if yes, have you run out of ink? i dont know if combining aspects might take durability from the scribing tools.

Unless your living directly next to it the taint isn't much of a threat so you'll have plenty of time to get rid of it.
huh... I just noticed it's not in my thaumnomicon at all... Maybe it was changed to hidden research?
He needs your clicks to grow, so what are you waiting for? Give him a click!
I'm running a MCPC-plus server if that have anything to do with it, although the server doesn't crash or even give an error.
This is what the client log says anyway:
Edit:
Here is a full crashlog after I tried it again (after changing the id back and forth with server restarts beween to clear the plant)

Scan something with travel, like a portal or an end portal frame.
You may call me The Madman, as there is no name that suits me better.
I happen to make modded survival maps, if your interested see my latest: The Asylum

just a minor note.
the fact that vanilla minecraft still doesnt have barrels, makes me want to pull my hair out. like, how hard can it be to add them?
and its not even like theyre crazy or wouldnt fit into the game. they would be a perfect addition to vanilla.
And is there a way to remove all foci from a wand?
its already been said. but look into the thaumonomicon. activating the infusion matrix costs exactlx 25 vis of every type from your wand.
the basic iron capped wooden wand is too weak for that, because the iron caps have a 10% vis cost increase.
but it should be possible with a fully charged wand with a full set robes of the thaumaturge.
how did you even craft the matrix without a better wand? its 40 ordo to make the thing, and your wand doesnt nearly have enough storage for that.
yeah, i already corrected that. sorry. the iron caps make it cost 10% more.
