Well, this is annoying. Tested on my desktop, I had no trouble (not sure if that error occurs there, but the piranhas definitely spawn). Tested it right now on my laptop (a mac) and got the error, and spawning fish with eggs doesn't work, they disappear (just realized, using an older version of forge in the launcher, probably what is wrong). Unfortunately, I am at work for the next 20 hours, so I won't be able to start working on a fix until tomorrow.
The id conflict will prevent the piranhas from spawning normally, however it shouldn't be a problem as the Piranhas currently spawn with the shipwreck, they don't spawn naturally.

I actually use this mod with ATG, and it has no problems spawning ships in ocean and beach biomes.
One thing, though - Could we get a config option to disable the diving gear? I'm using the Mariculture mod which adds it's own diving gear which actually requires filling a tank with compressed air. Anything else seems kind of redundant and cheaty...

Seems ATG doesn't replace the vanilla ocean biome (same with the BoP and XBXL). That's why it still works. From what I can tell, the mods that I listed as not working completely replace ocean and beach biomes with their own.
I will also add a config option to disable the diving suit. I plan to update it in the future for it to use compressed air/energy in the future, but it is OP at the moment.
just somethng i noticed, i tried using this with kodemasters pirates mod and it seams that none of the shipwreck generations come up.
Just tested the two mods together and they definitely work. My mod has a fairly low chance of shipwrecks spawning (I reduced the rarity of the ships for the screenshot I linked), so you may have not found any yet. Some are more difficult to see than others as well.
Do you have any new features planned? i hope this mod did not die
The mod is not dead! Sorry for the slow updates, I just haven't been able to work on it as much as I used to be as I've been working double the hours that I was when I started the mod. The update to 1.7.2 will be next and I will probably look towards adding support for other mods following that.
This+Archemedes ships mod has kept me busy for quite some time! As much as I hate to ask, I can't stop myself, is there any eta on 1.7.2? Also will there be new features? Thanks and sorry I asked, I know its annoying.
Love it! Maybe add ships like Frigates, Ships-of-the-Line, and maybe the Mary Celeste, which just sits on the water, and there is only one in each world.

Glad you have enjoyed the mod! The eta was going to be this weekend, however I have run into bugs, some minor (the armor works but doesn't have any effects currently) and one major (being attacked by a piranha causes the game to crash or they won't even spawn). I will hopefully get these sorted out by the weekend, but It shouldn't be more than a week or so.
EDIT: Figured out the Piranha bug, they no longer cause crashes! Only need to get the effects working on the diving suit and 1.7.2 will be ready (just in time for 1.7.6...)
EDIT2: ETA is now later today! Everything is working again, just need to do a bit of bug testing to make sure there aren't any nasty surprises. I should have the 1.7.2 build up in the next few hours!

Thanks! I'm definitely looking at making more ships, with some rarer and more unique ships. The idea of having a single instance of a unique ship is interesting as well.

Just wanted to let you know, I finally got around to adding the config option to disable the diving suit, sorry for the delay.
Maybe it's just me, But I cannot find any ship wrecks a tall. And I've increased the amount that can spawn to a crazy amount and I still don't see any.

Hmm, did you change the rarity of the ships and the distance between spawns? If so, are you using any other mods that change world generation?
