I dont think the 1.7.2 beta version you posted is correct.
I meant there HAS to be more than one file right?
No, I decided to drop the enchanted items lag fix for 1.7.2 And will probably make a new mod post that has that and a few extra things. 1.7.2 beta just changes one class, thats all the original mod did then I kept adding more. Optifine does a better job at enchanted items fix, but I will continue making my fixes for it but it just wont be a part of FpsPlus ( It will be branded under a different and less important name)

Amazing Mod =) I tried it out my first time and it worked! I got like 400 FPS! Thanks!
Any news on a 1.7.2 update?
Anyways, I made a review / tutorial for your mod!
I hope you like it!
It's very easy to install your mod =) I hope the tutorial can help users!
If you want to know the actual reason as to the boost in frame rates, It has to do with the methods minecraft uses to determine the sin\cos(they are pretty slow[ but really accurate ]) mine sacrifice some precision to get faster calculations and calculations that use less memory thus leading to the cpu being better able to cache those values in a faster manner. Thank you for the mod review . And it will be updated to 1.7+ however I cant use forge to make the mod, I can add forge support but I still use mcp since I edit minecraft source code. Forge up until a few version ago would of allowed me a pretty easy way to edit source code without mcp, however they officially stopped recommending doing that.

Very nice mod! I have Optifine installed, it's not working even though I turn on or off the Fast Math settings. That can't be helped, it seems that it really is incompatible with it... D:
I don't know what YOU say about this with permission but MCSowns2 on youtube.
Just that he uses adfoc.us to make money to get to this minecraftforum.

They shouldn't be incompatible, Unless optifine always no matter what overwrites MathHelper.class in which case thats a bit devious and ill have to add in some anti optifine stuff.

Could you try to make another beta 1.7 build? This really is my favourite mod and my fav server just updated to 1.7 and i can't use this mod anymore. Are there different steps to install the beta?

If you wanted to use it in a modpack first get permission from Abendenz and then everything should be fine really
If its a private modpack with no plans on release you dont have to get my permission, but if at any time you want to release it you need my permission.

Maybe I just missed it, but do you have a version available that supports Minecraft 1.7.2 yet?
There is a beta but use that at your own risk, I check Searge's Twitter everyday to see if he has released the new mcp yet and he still hasn't, so once the official mcp comes out Ill fully update my mod.
Its a good a clear video on how to install using the jar edits method, you can install the by just dropping it in your mods folder but that may cause some bugginess ( however thats how I have always used the mod and i dont have any bugs)

It doesnt actually work when you drag it in to your modfolder just to let you know. I tried it and my friends tried it. No luck
. We add the JVM arguments and everything
Yeah I've noticed it doesn't work sometimes and i've never been able to figure out why since it should.
