The default input and output rate of the alter is 20MB (mili- buckets) a second. Fun fact: to fully fill or drain an alter at 20mb/sec, it takes a little over eight minutes. The rune of dislocation increases the input/output rate by ten percent. That sounds great until you realize that one rune means you now Input/Output at 22mb/sec. But this means that the effect is multiplicative: the more runes you add, the more each is worth.
So basically, you still need more runes.

Nothing has happened since the first bucket's worth left the seared tank and was transmitted across the translocator. You can tell when a translocator is configured correctly, because color shifting dots will move from the source to the destination translocator. You can tell when it moves liquids because a swirl with the same color of the liquid will move from the source to the destination translocator.
I've seen pictures of someone successfully moving blood into an altar with a translocator, so I know it worked before, but it's not working now. If it's not because I need a rune, then it's because it's flat out broken. Translocators haven't changed in quite a while, so it's likely either forge or blood magic that isn't working anymore in this scenario.

Fantastic mod, very solid mechanically, balanced, visually appealing. Really just all the good aspects that make a mod amazing. One suggestion though, if possible, change the death message when you kill yourself with a sacrificial dagger to "pricked to death" or the death message of killing yourself with the blood orbs as "sucked dry" that would be pretty cool
What?!? No, not human transmutation. I'm learning computercraft. I have plans on what I can make with it and blood magic, but I am still learning the basics. Wish me luck, as I am going to need it....

I wanted to make a very wet and snowy biome, so I had four ice and four lapis blocks. Lightning happened, extreme lag, crash.
Also, one discovery I wanted to raise with you. The alchemical chemistry set has no ISided support at all. Hoppers, AE, computer craft turtles (This may or may not be what I was using when this came up. Shh, it's a secret to everybody) can input into the set. I was curious if this was intended.
Poor Wayoftime... I break his mod minutes after updating it.....

Good, I figured you were well versed in that - could you possibly reveal what the filling agents do? I've gotten the rest of blood alchemy down pretty pat, and I mastered vanilla brewing just weeks after beta 1.9 was released...

Oh, those thing? What they do is simple, but very useful. If you have a potion that you like, or has expensive ingredients you don't want to spend on a new potion, and it is running low on uses they can "Fill" the potion. They basically refill the potion, giving you more uses out of it. Better agents refill more uses and are needed on better potions. Simple, but useful.

2. Is it possible within this config file to completely disable the right click feature of the blood magic tools? They are just too dangerous in multiplayer to keep around without removing that feature.

Would you mind making the recipes involving the blood orbs accept orbs of a higher variety if available? It makes no sense to me that I can make a blood rune with the weakest orb, but once I've advanced in my play I can't use my Magician's Orb.

I can't seem to get the 5th Demon Summoning to work. I did a bit of a search and someone else seems to have had problems as well. I used Steak since cooked beef doesn't exist in the game, should i have used something else?

This has a very basic program that on a redstone signil it will send messages to the three computers with lights one them, one each second and one after the other. Replace the lights with teleposers, then you have an idea of what I'm doing...

Welp. Didn't see that coming. It appears to be because the modulus operator returns a negative number when used on a negative. I think I can figure out something for this...

Also, one discovery I wanted to raise with you. The alchemical chemistry set has no ISided support at all. Hoppers, AE, computer craft turtles (This may or may not be what I was using when this came up. Shh, it's a secret to everybody) can input into the set. I was curious if this was intended.

Good, I figured you were well versed in that - could you possibly reveal what the filling agents do? I've gotten the rest of blood alchemy down pretty pat, and I mastered vanilla brewing just weeks after beta 1.9 was released...
...but I've been dicking around with it for a while and I simply have no idea what these things do. I'm probably seeing right through it...

Oh, those thing? What they do is simple, but very useful. If you have a potion that you like, or has expensive ingredients you don't want to spend on a new potion, and it is running low on uses they can "Fill" the potion. They basically refill the potion, giving you more uses out of it. Better agents refill more uses and are needed on better potions. Simple, but useful.

1. What is the name for the config file? I can't find it anywhere.
2. Is it possible within this config file to completely disable the right click feature of the blood magic tools? They are just too dangerous in multiplayer to keep around without removing that feature.

This has a very basic program that on a redstone signil it will send messages to the three computers with lights one them, one each second and one after the other. Replace the lights with teleposers, then you have an idea of what I'm doing...
You have seen what I can do with teleposers and vanilla redstone, then imagine what I can do with computer-craft...
