Reason:I have AnimalBikes And it also makes a new saddle recipe.
You don't need the mod without the saddle recipe, you simply need to disable the recipe from the config file at ".minecraft\config\SackCastellon Mod's\SKC-CraftableHorseArmor.cfg" and set "SaddleRecipe" to false:
# Enabled the crafting recipe of the Saddle.
B:SaddleRecipe=false
SackCastellon, correct me if I am mistaken. To get a version for 1.7.x we all have to wait for the new 1.7.x Forge? Which is not gonna be released very soon. But when it is, are you going to update your brilliant mod?
An odd thing has happened. I once had this mod installed, but had to remove it (to lower mod count to improve overall pack stability; not a problem with the mod itself, don't worry). But for some reason, horse armor is still craftable for me. Have I left something from this mod in (i deleted the mod and skc core), or is there another mod possibly adding horse armor recipes?
1. No, you didn't leave anything of this mod.
2. Maybe there is another mod adding horse armor recipes. I don't know.
I tried this, (I downloaded the version for 1.6.4) but it said I didnt have skc core installed. So i installed it. then when I ran it up again, it said that I STILL didnt have skc core installed, and that i need minecraft forge 10.12.0.985 or higher, and that isnt even a real version. I already have the latest forge, and now I don't know what to do. Any help?

If you are playing MC 1.6.4, you will need Craftable Horse Armor version 1.0.3.0, SKC Core version 1.0.1.0 and Forge from version 9.11.0.880 up to version 9.11.1.953.
And the version 10.12.0.985 of Forge, IS a real version:
I hope my explanation helped.
P.S.: Next time look at mod file name, it says the the MC version and Forge version which has been builded for.
It took me a while to actually find the correct Core for version 1.6.4...I had to go to your other thread. You should probably add the download links to previous Cores in the older versions section.
BTW, my downloads are getting .jar.zip double extensions, don't know if you can do anything about that. It might be a Firefox/Adfly thing. Gonna confuse somebody.
It is a file that contain common files from my mods. It's like "bspkrsCore" for TreeCapitator or "CodeChickenCore" for NEI.
Oh ok thanks

Maybe in the future i will add it.
