I don't know if this has been said yet, but you should add in the title of the post that the mod is already out for 1.7.2.
Have been waiting for the update quite a while now and almost missed that it is out already

Is there possible to get a 1.5.2 version of this mod or a tutorial on how to downgrade? FTB modpack i use/created is in 1.5.2 becouse many of the mods is not upgraded to 1.6.4 Thx

I don't enjoy entertaining the notion that Forge/MCP 1.7.2 is actually fully released. As far as i'm concerned the entire modding community is still stuck in 1.6.4, including my mod.
The current MCP version forge is built on is just a release candidate after all.

There's no easy way to downgrade. I'd need to set up a forge build environment and then go through the whole mod and edit out all the stuff that's exclusive to 1.6.4 and above.
Out of curiosity, which mods in your pack didn't upgrade?
Thaumcraft 3(Dont like Thaumcraft 4 too difficult xD) and probably more, I started with FTB Unleahsed and adding/removing
mods and editing the config if any problems and I REALY WANT ROGUELIKEDUNGEONS ITS AWESOMEEE!
I just took one of these on in my FTB Monster world, everything went well till we hit the nether level. Really! Baby cave spoiders with instant regen? You are an evil person, and I hate you.
But I love you, but I hate you.
...but it was fun anyway.
P.S. Vechs is not a good person to emulate. Really. Andy Griffith...follow him.
I just realized this: I did install it right with forge, it just doesn't show up in the mods list for some odd reason.

Check out my adventure modpack! 25+ carefully selected mods (Not counting Core Mods) and great for if you don't have that beefy of a computer. Plus it has over 2K downloads and counting so y'know it's good. Oh, and fully multiplayer compatible!
There's also the resource intensive version (if you can handle it) for a bigger experience!
For some reason, when I try to use the /dungeon command, it doesn't work and says this in the log:

Please tell me why this is happening, and/or how to fix it.
Love the mod and also the April fools, lucky for me i tend not to believe pretty much anything online on 1st April. I would hate to see your inbox full of hate mail for that LOL
(would have posted sooner but i make a point of not logging into accounts on public computers and only just able to log on at home.)
I can't say enough good things about your mod. I'm always looking for challenging adventure content to balance out my ever-changing mix of tech mods. I was getting weary of TF and decided to try Roguelike Dungeons and I have to thank you for it... it has been a lot of fun to see and work around your devious traps. The loot is generous yet balanced and promotes an enjoyable sense of progression through the dungeon levels. And yes... I did die a few times before getting into the swing of things, but was able to resume without having to mine or start a farm.
One thing that caught me by surprise was the named item drops. I am still using my Eldritch Bow.
This mod also turns out to be a really enjoyable alternative to the all-too-familiar "dig to Y-11" start of most of my previous worlds. I don't want to spoil it for others, so I will just say that one can make a very nice start on basic resources with this mod. I haven't yet had to light a portal or hunt down a melon trader thanks to Roguelike Dungeons. You will work for it, though, there is no doubt about that.
This mod also turns out to be a really enjoyable alternative to the all-too-familiar "dig to Y-11" start of most of my previous worlds.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed. Creating an early game alternative to branch mining was a conscious objective in making this mod. I wanted the player to be able to start from exactly nothing and get everything needed to go through a challenge that will end with pockets full of resources and some nice enchanted gear through having a fun experience rather than just digging in a straight line.
(In regard to a mod that gives realistic animal genetics):
Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?
... did I really ask that?
What would happen if I download the mod, and afterwards uninstall. I want to play this in my survival world, but I'm scared that it will corrupt the world generation in new chunks if I do so. I don't want to lose my world but I really want to download the mod, please help!
I also want to know if this will work, mostly so I can put it on my server, generate a world, then uninstall it so my friends can join without having to install it
Is it possible to (get a new option to) force a dungeon to generate at either "world spawn", or 0,0?
I'm looking specifically at the case of "Start a new world", and have a dungeon to use to start the game, instead of either (A) explore around to find one, or ( use a cheat command to create one. The issue with B is just being able to have a world without cheats enabled, and still start with a dungeon.

It shouldn't corrupt anything. Having the mod installed allows the spawners to equip mobs properly, that's it. There's nothing special about the chunks after dungeons have been spawned into them. So short answer is that yes you can install the mod and then uninstall it without anything strange happening.
Also running the mod doesn't require the clients to run the mod. Not sure if forge does for some reason. But there's no special UIs, block ids, mob IDs or anything that require the client side mod. The client mod exists purely for the benefit of single player.

I can't take credit for that. It's enchantments added by another mod that add the regen. The spiders are equipped with enchanted armour.
What did you type?

Is there any way to specify a specific special reward item or block to be found at the end of the dungeon?
