Noob Question *Yeah... I know...* : What are the programs that i can use to make my skin animated?
You can change your skin to incorporate the parts used by this mod in any program that supports transparency. GIMP, Paint.net (not Microsoft Paint), Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and so forth.
1. Mode?
2. This incompatibility is due to the mod editing player models, the mod maker of THAT mod would have to make compatibility for THIS mod, not the other way around. Ask on that thread.

I have too many items, optifine and glsl shaders modyfied by karyonix

How you install this is just downloading the zipped file, and doing absolutely nothing except putting it in the mods folder.
I'm getting a minor rendering issue with your better hats, The back part of the hair/helmet is flipped on the Y axis. I have tested with other things to make sure it wasn't my skin, and can confirm this mod is the culprit.
As a side question, does this mod handle rendering other players when using lan? I have a friend using the mod and they don't show the better player animations, just the stock stiff arm/leg movement.
My Skin has eyes that are two pixels tall, so that's one suggestion I have is a 2 pixel high eyes option in the config. I know that is going to be hard to try but it would make some more people happy.

I had come in here to suggest the very same thing.
There seems to be a bug with skins, when I look at my self my eyes and eyebrows are pitch black.
You need to either add those areas to your skin (see Custom Textures in the OP), or disable those features in the config file.
But yes, this is a bug. They should render transparent if they're not added to your skin. It was fixed in a previous version, but seems to be re-broken in the present one.
It's not... I do not have this issue. Clearly something was installed/edited wrongly.
Still, I haven't seen Hippo on this thread for a while. Is he working on the bugs (flipped capes 'n other shizzle) or does he just not know?
I'm pretty sure it is. Everything is installed correctly on mine, and it still happens from time to time if I don't have those disabled. It's not consistent either, which is annoying.
Hippo comes and goes. He's on every day, and I'm pretty sure he reads this thread. He's one of those distant but cool types, I think. Never says much unless he has something important to say, but is always round. Watching. Waiting...
I'm working on a list of bugs and oddities in this mod. Stay tuned.
Upgrade to the most recent version of the mod. This was a bug in the older versions.

"Yeah I do." "Oh."
Or it was a bug?
Many people have asked this, and I don't think he will implement it because it is the Animated PLAYER mod.
If you want a mod that animates both the player and the mobs, get the Better Animations Collection Revived.

Keep on rocking with this mod!

Any way you could fix it?

Hmmm, odd.
Do you have any OTHER mods than just TMI, Optifine, and GLSL Shaders?

Ditto
All animations or just the ones that tie in with smart moving, like ladder climbing and swimming?
