So I've started using the mod, and I experienced an issue seemingly right away. It seems like it's just me though.
When I'm in third person if I turn my camera any way my character model still points north. It moves the directions I'm facing but it's always pointing north.

EDIT: It was Smart Moving, I removed it and everything works perfectly.

Hey I love This Mod! I have A few suggestions I not a mod creator so i dont know how hard it is but 1. Have A way to turn some of the animations on or off Because Some People Have glasses and the Eyebrows look weird 2. You could Try and Make The Hands In first Person But Like I say If you do Number 1 People Could turn it off if they want. This Is a FANTASTIC! mod! You are a True Modder The GREATEST! There is a config file in .minecraft/config that allows you to turn certain animations on or off.
1) Maybe add a different animation for going up only one block and sprinting? Like a skip? Instead of a jump? (Mainly for sprint jumping).
2) Eating animation? c:

4)Throwing animation for throwing enderpearls/eggs/snowballs/potions. :3
5) Flying have a lil better animation. ;D
6) Make this mod so you'll have the option to set a player able to see everyone with the mod movements, and/or an option to completely disable the movements on your character but will still see others, and/or an option to have the mod only show the animation whenever another player has the mod installed. c:
7) Emotions? A menu for each emotion and click a button to make a certain emotion happen? Like Dancing, Smrik, evil look, glance, sad, happy, lay down, sit down, jump for joy, Etc c:
8) Keybinds for emotes/emotions/dances/movements!!!

Ponies? Seriously? Also, do you know how complicated it would to be create an animated player and the animations for everything you want? I think if you want a lot of animations you need to get Smart moving mod. No hard feelings
Just here to confirm a small bug with armor. Both leg and boot armor seems to be glitched. The left leg is using a direct copy of the armor texture for the right leg, instead of mirroring the texture. For default textures this is not very noticeable, but it creates problems with texture packs.
Edit: Now that I look at my player skin, it does it for the left leg texture as well, not just armor.
Besides that, the mod is pretty amazing! Walking and sprinting animations are very smooth and it adds a bit of life that the game was missing.
Out of curiosity are you going to add additional animations like improving the sword swing? It feels slow and stiff compared to how fluid everything else is.
Seeing people float about is a little weird, but I can understand the issue for that. Wonder if just having the mod expecting everyone being on solid ground, regardless of how they are moving, would be an acceptable work around for the time being. Course I could be talking out my ass since I am unsure how you have it set to work right now.

Sorry, my last idea was stupid, try adding a sideways block in the elbows and knees that phases in the arms or legs when not bent. Should I explain more?

1) I know it's a pain to work backwards but do you think you can make a modloader version of this?
2) Capes are a bit.. weird Vanilla and mod capes so can you try and fix that vanilla and with MineCapes?

Its problem when i enter multiplayer , everyone except me is "in fly animation"
