I played it and I did find some bugs, I'm not sure if they're fixed or not, but I'll post them here anyway.
- The Failuresaurus has the skin of a zombie, not the proper skin it's supposed to have.
- The dinosaurs don't make any sounds. (If you don't have the sound files I can send them to you since I'm the one who gave Flammarilva the sounds in the original mod.)
- T-Rexes are neutral, even when fully grown up.
- Using the DinoPedia on a dinosaur doesn't tell the owner of that dinosaur.
- Non of the generated structures appear anywhere at all. (Even if they're rare.)
There may been some others that I have forgot, but those are the main ones I ran into.

Also, if I may suggest something, could you make it so that untamed carnivores (so, when you're not there when they're born.) are agressive by default? Surely this'll make the mod a LOT more realistic, because right now having a dinosaur pet doesn't have any risks at all...
i have a few ideas to make this mod even more awesome because i really love this mod and i want to see him improve...
First of all, there are a few issues in the current design of the mod
1.-The mod gives you too many things with not so many uses: Skulls are nice for decoration but how many skulls you need to decorate your house? 4? 30? i dont know but usually mid game you get plenty of skulls so you start ignoring it when you found it in caves. Ancient equipment is the same, is not hard end up with a chest full of broken swords and helmets and ancient stoneboards.But please DONT decrease the drop rate of those items, i have a idea to make then more rewarding late game, i will explain it later.
2.-Dinosaur AI: There are a few exeptions but some Dinosaurs AI could use a little of improvement, this is not my area of expertise so i cant help you there n_nU maybe i will came up with some ideas later.
So here are my suggest
1.-Make the Dinopedia an actual book: Is nice being able to know how your dinosaur feels using the dinopedia, but it could do a lot more so here is my suggest.When you right click in the air with the dinopedia in hand you open a fancy GUI that shows basic info about all the creatures from this game and the block recipes
2.- A new way to make Fossil Models: Currently is way too easy to make Fossil Models (just place a Bio-Fossil in the floor), Real Archeologists need to work a little bit harder to make a real models,so here is my request.A new block, The Research Table: it will have 3 input slots and one output slot, it will use Paper, Bio-fossil and ADN from any creature and after a while it will create a model design from the creature (just in paper), now you can put that page in the Dinopedia to access to more detailed info about that specific dinosaur and it show a pretty nice picture of the creature model.Next step is place your dinopedia (with the design) in another block (i cant think on any good name so you name it ) this block will have 2 input slots and 1 output slot,the first one is for you dinopedia. choose which model do you want to make (if you have several models in your dinopedia) and then with a redstone signal it will start using bones (from the second input slot) to make (over time) a tiny dinosaur model (you wont lose the dinopedia). now you can place that model like the current models but it will be tiny like a toy or a baby dinosaur, Dont like having a tiny T-Rex in your desk? What to do if you want a real size model? easy, just place the model on the machine instead of the dinopedia and it will use more bones to make a medium size model, they can be like the current size of the actual models (the T-Rex would be smaller though), but that's not enough right? if you wanna go crazy place the medium size model in the machine again and it will use a lot more bones (and time) to make a large size model of the dinosaur, i mean a pretty big one, like T-Rex size of any creature that would be awesome and will make a good use to all those bones/skulls you get from fossils
3.-Revamp the Ancient Equip: Now is way too easy to have tons of broken swords and helmets in your chest so here is my idea to fix this issue.You cannot longer use the Archeology Workbench to magically repair broken Ancient equipment now you have to work a little bit more for it... you cant repair broken ancient equipment if you don't know how to do it right? thanx god we have that Research Table we made earlier, just place the broken equipment some relic scrap and some paper and let the science do its thing... you will be using several broken sword/helmets, relic scrap and paper to be able to learn the recipe but dont worry it will be worth it, once the research is done you get the recipe so place it in your dinopedia (it will now show a lot more info about that piece of equipment) and now its time to start crafting some ancient equipment. But how? Easy, just place the broken equipment in the crafting table..and SMASH IT! (no joke) you will get some Ancient Shards from it (they can stack) and now you can use those shards in the Archeology Workbench to make/and repair your ancient equipment
well that's my suggest.....of course it will require a lot of work and time to achieve (if you guys decide to make it happen of course XD) but i think it will add more deep to this awesome mod

you have no idea how much this means to me ive been using mo creatures since he stopped the mod but this revival yes thank you please continue dont be afraid to add new mobs! ....... these belong to you and your team
Thank you for updating this mod! (even though it has been unofficially updated for months which nobody seems to know about). As for bug fixes monsters have zombie skins and once or twice a creeper spawned instead of a monster. The biggest bug I have found is that dinosaurs of the same species eventually attack and kill eachother. This makes it very difficult to breed them. I have block breaking turned off and it happens with stegosaurus and tricerotops so far. Thanks again!
Just tested this out. Excited to see it works with Redpower I even made a quick automated analyser / cultivator machine!
A couple of things I've noticed. It says the Skull Stick is for decoration but can't seem to place it down. I also cannot seem to plant down the Fern Seeds or get the dinosaur skeletons when placing bio-fossils. Also couldn't figure out the Stone Tablet. Are they meant to be placed down? As I couldn't manage that either.
Due to bugs the only decoration you can currently place are the skull lanterns, and I as well have a recommendation when the bugs are fished and you are at the point where you can add new content might I suggest you take suggestions for new content, and then at a specified time make it so that the users can vote on what features (like new dino species (spino anyone?), or more ancient items) they want, so in essence this develops a community made mod of sorts.

the t-rex is meant to be aggressive so you have to get the scarab gem to tame it i suggest you make the drop rate of the gem slightly higher and the pterosaur is extremely buggy all around

Skull Stick is not for decoration, try using it on the order drum. The Fern Seeds must be planted under the trees. The stone tablets are buged, they were supposed to be used as paintings

I`m aware of this. I already contacted them and they released their models for me to use in the mod, and said that if they continue making model they will contact me. The problem is, we need coders first, i have only one coder and he can`t dedicate much time for it, but he is making a great work. But i need more coders to make model work.
