The link to the 1.5.2 error report page claims that I don't have sufficient privileges to view it. So I'll put it here.
I'm playing 1.5.2, with ~65 mods, and the mining speed of TC's pickaxes doesn't seem to have any effect on the ores of IC2's uranium (untested with others) and all of Thaumcraft's ores.
If I bother to sit there for 3 minutes to break it, I get the ore properly.
I had MultiMine on earlier, but then I disabled it and still have the problem.
I'm not using any of the other mods on the incompatibilities list.
Grey_Ghost_8765k: Unitype words. Aside from the words trailing off the book (which is a bug), it's there to provide more words than the default font has.
Brapalx, Tohclank, bbq102: The Smeltery needs a bit of fluid in it to get started.
Perhaps I should remove this? Just push things in and let's kill them all the time. >
Either way is fine, but I think it's bugged at the moment. I've had a half-full 4 block tall smeltery swimming with mobs and they don't take any damage at all. I've managed to get all of about 280mB of blood at some point weeks ago, and then nothing at all... dropped in zombies, spiders, cows, pigs, skeletons... none of them take any damage, let alone provide any fluids
mDiyo: with MultiMine updated to use BlockBreakEvent, will you be revisiting adding support? Testing the new version of MM along side TC, the TC tools seem to use vanilla mechanics (1x1 and very slow even with maxed out Haste on Manyullyn). At least, I hope you and AtomicStryker can open up a dialog to get things to work
I'm seeing Slab chest furnaces in the textures, are those implemented yet (?) because I can't find the recipe. I can make the normal slab ones, but not the mixed ones like the furnace/chest. When I place the slabs seperately, they wont place within the same block either, am I missing something ?

I don't believe they're intended to stack, just to look nice with offset floors or other decorative styles. To craft them, just put the full height version in the crafting grid by itself.
Whenever I use the smeltery, my game starts to lag until I reload Minecraft. The game runs fine until I try and smelt something. It didn't use to do this.
I have a low-end laptop. Is this the problem, or is there something I'm missing? I'm using the latest dev version of TConstruct and Mechworks.
I'm not sure if mDiyo will read this, but I have a suggestion. Can you add Adamantium to the game ?? It would be like an extremely rare ore found in a special type of biome or something of the sort and it would be really hard to smelt and everything. once it's smelted and hardened, it can't be smelted again and it would be indestructible like the Adamantium in the Marvel Comics Universe. This wiki will be more helpful than my explanations http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adamantium. Can you please think about it ?

If I'm not mistaken Metallurgy adds adamantium, (or maybe adamantine, same difference) as well as numerous other metals, which can be used for T-Con tools with the Extra TiC addon.
I use optifine HD C6, and can run tinkers fine.( though my computer has a terribad integrated graphics card, which is what makes optifine necessary, your results will probably vary.)
Well see I'm using C7 but I cant play just one mod I make my own modpacks so I will terrible frames without Optifine

well, I wanted something more like an indestructible metal like the one in wolverine and the material used in captain america's shield and everything , if you know what I mean, but thanks for telling me about Mettalurgy though

Well for one thing, Cap's shield is vibranium, not adamantium.
Second, there's a link to the suggestion thread in the OP.
As for what I really came on here to ask:
I play on a private server with myself and two friends, using a modpack i've thrown together and upkept for a few weeks now. While upgrading everything and moving to the newest version of minecraft, I kept having a problem with Tconstruct: the block ID of Molten Ender keeps changing, and the client IDs and the Server IDs never match up.
Ive made sure the configs are the exact same, ive set the text file (whats up with that, btw? Why not a .cfg file? Just curious) to read only both server and clientside, downgraded, upgraded, etc, and the only way ive found to fix the problem is by removing the mod entirely.
I would post this bug to the recommended bug page cited in the OP, but A) this isnt FTB, its a custom pack, and B ) I dont have permission anyways.
So please help. I love this mod, and hate having it missing from the pack.
Oh, and the IDs jump between 3218 and 3518, just those, never anything else.
How to fix: remove gregtech. That's something greg does when he dislikes how someone is using their own items in the ore dictionary
im not removing gregtech, I love gregtech. I want to know how I can fix the error so that I can build tinker construct items involving glass. I dont chop off my arm if i have a splinter
Actually, the shield is a mixture of proto-adamantium and vibranium ... and if you don't mind, can i have the link for the thread you're talking about ?

There are known conflicts between Gregtech and TiC mods, most of these are due to mDiyo not wanting to support Gregtech for professional reasons. So unless you or someone else patches it, you're going to have to end up ditching one of these mods or just cheating in the necessary items.

So there is nothing I can do to improve it?

Yeah... someone gregged all over IC2, it's been removed from both modpacks I use TE3 + EnderIO + BigReactors is the new thing

I am using the direwolf20 1.6.4 1.4 server and added gregtech and advanced solars

So it turned out to be something stupid and embarassing and yeah. Its working.
Bah, semantics.
