Why chickens drops up to 7 feathers? Its makes game too easy because i'll kill 2 chickens i will have 7 feathers and i could make 28 arrows
No one's telling you to use those feathers. What you do with them is not something that a mod author has to take into account.

I may or may not play GT. I also might be playing it with TiC. Some Metallurgy and ExtraTiC could be in the mix too. I might have also dropped in some TE as well. Some AE and BC could possibly be on the list. And I maybe- just maybe - there's NEI to assist in short-term memory loss that I may or may not have.
first... find the version that is actually compliant with your MC version next check for ID conflicts... if all else fail.. move on...

I had an idea of starting an unleashed world and taking the TC file from that one instead of downloading one. Hoping that'd work but I'm away for like a week so I'll have to wait to try it

Seeing as the forum thread is locked because of author inactivity, I beleive we can say that redpower will never be updating. Try using Project RED and changing the block IDs to match.

This information is incorrect, There was a release for 1.4, you may have to PM mdiyo about it, though.
Does anyone know what Invalid Structure means on my Smeltery Controller? I know I've built my smeltery correctly. 3x3 base with Seared Bricks. I get the GUI but no option to load anything into it. In fact I get the GUI for the smeltery controller alone without any other blocks.
How does the temperature system work with the smeltery? I'm trying to melt down my stone parts that I used to make casts and once it's bar reaches the top, nothing happens and it just sits in the smeltery. What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix it?

For every 50 redstone you use, you are using up a single modification slot. Pay attention to the "modifications remaining" as you put redstone on it. You may or may not want to add tons of redstone to it, because you are sacrificing other upgrades to do it.

I know the faq says you won't provide support for updates or bug fixes for mod packs but I just want to add TC to Ultimate. I really like your mod but I'm super attached to my world (and redpower lol) and there's no way I could imagine starting over. I heard a rumor that you just have to change a couple block id's but I'm no good with all that stuff. Any vids or good explanations that'd help would be extremely appreciated.
If the main thing holding you back is Red Power I would suggest you give Project Red a try, it's basically Red Power but newer and shinier, since the intent of the mod is to act as a Red Power replacement, redstone wires, volcanoes, all the major things from Red Power. Best of all it's available for 1.6.4 so you can actually use it together with T-Con.
This seems to be happening only to me, and for some reason annoys me, upon sprinting, my Field of View, (FOV) doesn't change, i'm sprinting, but it doesn't feel like it, upon uninstalling this mod, it stops. Hope that was enough information.

Funny thing is, I have optifine and tinker's construct in the same modpack. Moonquest from Yogscast came with both working together.

boomshroom1: Temperature was simplified down to time. If it's sitting at the top, there's not enough room in your structure to melt the item.

Optifine is extremely buggy at the moment, breaks graphics from mods, doesn't always save FPS.
