Hmmn. Just a suggestion with the strawberry. Our place being near a strawberry farm, the farmers don't destroy the whole plant. They just harvest the crop and let it grow until it actually withers. . . If same logic would be applied to the strawberries with that of the grapes, I think it would make me feel a little ease.
Are you able to include a new way to make bread? As bread is quite heavily used in the other food items, waiting for wheat to grow in order to harvest 3 for one loaf of bread, it's quite a drawn out process if you haven't got a huge farm just yet... Maybe you could produce a recipe whereby Flour is used to create loafs of bread?

As it says in the changelog for the new version, the strawberries will be changed to work like the grapes at a later date.

As Alyx said (and as I said about 10 times in the last page of the thread), we're working on a fix for the lunchbox. Although what she said about it still working if you don't shift click isn't true, that was an earlier bug we fixed a while back - I'm having a little trouble pinpointing exactly WHY the mod crashes when you use the lunchbox as it doesn't do that when I run the mod in debug mode, only when it's run in a normal copy of minecraft.... it's strange. We'll keep you all posted.

Yeah, that was a mistake on my part, there's no picture in the thread cause the recipe changed and I haven't gotten around to updating the picture in the thread :') The in game art is there though.
Do achivements, it would be awesome if every time you get new food you get an achievement

Can you add Bottled milk? It really would be awesome if you could make one of those. Works more like a Bucket of Milk. Probably with similar effect. Cure for poison. Sucks to carry buckets of milk all the time.
I found a very abuseable bug in this mod this morning. When cooking a bucket of milk for cheese, when I take out the cheese manually, it gives the bucket back, which is normal, however, when I shift+click to remove the cheese, it gives me 2 buckets back. I'm not one to complain too much about free buckets, but I'm pretty sure that's not working as intended. XD

its a good mod, im enjoying it very much in fact. the new foods and recipes all really add to the game, plus it compliments Biblio Craft and vise versa. speaking of recipes, would it be possible to maybe convince you to add a secondary mod that is backwards compatible with 1.6.4, maybe a cook book that houses all of the cooking recipes that are shown on the first page? maybe? please? i mean there are a lot of different things to cook and keeping track of all of them isnt exactly easy unless you just write everything down or keep flipping back and forth between the game and the web browser. just sayin, just askin.

On a brighter note, I really like your suggestion about the cookbook! Something along the lines of the books Thaumcraft and Tinker's Constuct have would be a really cool addition to the mod, I'll almost certainly add that to the list of things to work on! I'm also going to try to make sure our mod is properly integrated with NEI, which will give you another option when it comes to looking up your recipes.
Also sorry for the delay with the bugfixes everyone *.* I've been a bit busy, plus some of the bugs are really confusing and seem to have no logical reason for occuring... I'll keep it up.

You should add lettuce and tomatos. They would go very well when put in the taco
Cheese would also be something good to add so you could make shredded cheese and put that in the taco also.
