SirSengir has said this latest update would break all mods that rely on the API. So either downgrade your forestry or wait for Thaumic and Extra bees to update yet again. Binnie and MysteriousAges have to be getting tired of these maintenance updates though, so don't be surprised if either of them skip one or two.
The solution to the above problems is to use Prerelease 10 of Extrabees when using Forestry 2.2.6. The crash isn't ThaumicBee's fault.

--- END ERROR REPORT 56ca5a93 ----------
Grabbed a copy of the newly named "Magic Bees", installed along with forestry, extrabees, thaumcraft, ars and TE
With the master database from Extrabees, any species with a dependency on another mod (thaumcraft, ars, etc) has no apparent mutation possible. Furthermore, some bees that should work without any other mod (diamond, emerald, iron and gold) also have no apparent mutations to reach those species.
Other species, the base ones, Arcane, Supernatural, and the bees leading up to them for example, show the species needed for mutation.
I had created a Aura princess and Drone before updating to forestry 2.2.6. at that time they were safe to stick in analyser without crashing. Since then I had Updated from forestry 2.2.4 to 2.2.6 and then inoculated the pair of bees with a maximum fertility serum, now my game crashes when I stick the already identified bees into an beealyser.
I thought I would post this here as the issue seems to be isolated to your bees, not any Forestry bees with the same fertility trait.
I had also done the same thing to a Stark drone and it did not crash before or after being inoculated with maximum fertility.

My apologies if I'm missing some really obvious issue, this just seems like too much of an odd crash to not report.
getName() is a new function in Forestry 2.2.6.0 API that custom alleles should implement. Since TB isn't updated to that version of the API it doesn't implement it and causes a crash.
Yeah, but there are some special caveats to it if you aren't using a new world. Once I'm confidant it won't kersplode, I'll make an official release here.
That "conflict" isn't really in either forestry or TB, it's just forge trying to autoassign block ids (because the original default ID was already used by something probably) and derping with it.

Confirming what the guy above said. The problem there is not Forestry and TB having default ID overlaps. It's that you installed Forestry after other mods, and Forestry found a block ID conflict and auto-fixed it, and then TB also had a block conflict and tried to auto-fix it, but Forestry had already taken that empty spot.
How can we be so sure? It's at the very, very upper end of the allowable block IDs, which is where they start searching.
There is block ID conflict with the latest version of this mod and the latest version of forestry (it's block ID 4094 btw).
ID Conflicts are a problem with the way you have configured your instance; they are not a mod issue. (Unless the mod in question does not have configurable Item/Block IDs. Then yell at the author.)
a friend and I are about to set up a new world, so we'd like to know whether it's worth using TB or MB to start it, especially since MB has worldgen
If you're starting a new world, you're fine. The issue is that the TB item ID configs were not shifted from configs to in-game, while the MB item IDs in the configs are. (So 26090 in Thaumic Bees gave you an item with ID 26346, whereas 26090 in Magic Bees gives you an in-game item with ID 26090.)
Hey, I'm just wondering about a "NEI Item Searching Thread" error I keep getting when I try to use the NEI Addons (NEI Bees) plugin with the latest forestry and NEI.
Stack trace is the same as found in this post. Was just wondering if that post's assessment of the problem was accurate.
I am also running into an error were NEI searching is non-functional. I have Forestry 2.2.6.0, Extra Bees pre-10, NEIPlugins 1.0.8.13, and neiaddons-1.5.2-1.7.1.r20. NEI searching works as expected until I add thaumicbees 1.4.7c.
one of the extra bees serums of a thaumicbees trait causes the game to crash if you hover over it, and it breaks NEI searching if it is in NEI. So remove one or the other, or NEIaddons to fix NEI.
