For any who can't get this to work, download the latest Forge Installer. Place that on your Desktop, and double click to open it. Click the Install Button. Now download this mod, and open the zip file. Now go to your Start Menu and type "run" and then when the command window opens, type in "%appdata%". Now go to your the folder that says ".minecraft" and open it, then open your "bin" folder, then go back to the mod and drag and drop the single file you just downloaded into the "minecraft.jar". Now go to your Minecraft Launcher and switch your profile to the "Forge" profile. Now play, enjoy the mod, and give the Mod Creator a rest.And just so you know, this file has no malicious coding, its just a file that makes the slowdown when you eat and aim a bow false.
Ok this is a fantastic mod and a useful mod But this mod isn't compatible with Forge. All im asking is to make it compatible with Forge it doesn't seem that hard can you do me that favor zag09?

Yes it is technically cheating. yes you may be banned on a server for using it.
