I know this is two things clashing but could a Sonic Screwdriver (Doctor Who) open an Arcane Door (This is a "Batman Vs. Spider Man who Wins" kind of question). Id only like Azanors opinion on this.
I have my doubts. After all, Arcane Doors are primarily made of wood.
I am not quite sure what the proper place to report bugs is, if you have a bug tracker or something I couldn't find it.
Cross-mod bug with XYcraft:
Smart Straw Golems will not plant anything on XYchorium Soil blocks. They will replant existing items, but they will not expand a farm onto more blocks as they do with regular soil. This is an issue with wheat, which has a chance to not drop any seeds at all. Hence with the golem unable to replace these lost plants from adjacent ones, a golem wheat farm on XY soil will eventually decay and stop working.
that's because azanor and soaryn haven't made a code for the soil blocks
Whelp, 1.6 has confirmed ridable horses with horse armor! Any idea if their are plans to maybe make Thaumic genetics? I'de sure like to have an elemental horse, or an artifice horse :3

I have this issue with just regular dirt too, so I don't know if it's a cross mod issue. On our server, I'm the farmer. My straw golems do fine with replanting potatoes and carrots, even flax, but the wheat leaves holes that don't get replanted.
Also, the golems ignore Xycraft corn. I'd really like a way to have them farm that too. The wood golems will pick it up and the stone golems will move it to where I want it, but the straw golems ignore it. I have to harvest it myself. Bad golems!
Another update:
It looks like I have a working version for 1.5.1. My initial testing seems promising, but I still want to give it a good once over.
I'm still aiming for a release somewhere this weekend so I'm going to use the time to fix some other "low priority" issues that have been bothering me for a while.
Soaryn will to add compatibility for his crops with my API. He is aware of it, but I'm guessing he is working on more important things. Go bug him about it
just curious, did you change the node and aspect system with the new version already, or do you want to do the overhaul after the 1.51 update is finished?
Though im still not sure why the cheat affected the level.dat of the other save too.
LEVEL.DAT BUG?
It has to be noted that i use Feed the beast launcher, magic pack, and the launcher or the fast amount of mods might be responsible for this.
the research is not only saved to level.dat it is also slightly in the player.dat files, that is probably why you had the crossover of information, but i'm not sure completely, after all, it doesn't seem like something that could cause that in singleplayer.
did you disable the cheat research in the config before or after logging into the ssp world?

That's great news. Any changes that may affect servers running the current version that would like to update?
If Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter were all destroyed, 90% of teens would go insane. If you're one of the 10% that would be laughing at them, copy this into your signature and hope it happens.

will there only be 1.5.1 compability in the next update or many new other features too? (pliz bring runes back)
Az asked a while back if people wanted a 1.5.1 working version sooner or wanted to wait longer for him to both update the version and also add changes he intends to implement. The near-universal response was requesting that he simply update to 1.5.1 for now then work on 3.0.4 thereafter.
So, assuming Az goes by what he asked and received answers for, it's going to be pretty much the same as what was available in 1.4.7, with probably a few little things fixed and perhaps some new easy-to-add content available.
So glad to get an update on the work Azanor. So long as I know it's being worked on I don't care how long it takes to update, and that goes for any mod out there.
Definition of decant
1 : to draw off (a liquid) without disturbing the sediment or the lower liquid layers
2 : to pour from one vessel into another
3 : to pour out, transfer, or unload as if by pouring
I don't think the decanting golems will have anything to do with breeding animals. I suspect they will move liquids much like stone and clay golems can move items. Give 'em a bucket and they'll tote your liquids around for you.
That's good news, Azanor. I've missed Thaumcraft in my 1.5.1 instance.
And... time to go bug Soaryn, I see. I tend to skip planting corn in ssp worlds due to the lack of golem interaction.

Corn would be heavily unreliable with Golems anyway, due to not always dropping seeds on every plant. It's nice enough, but I never really bother with his corn in my worlds due to it's lack of reliablility and low food output. Unless he has recently buffed it that is, which I might not know of.
Umm, guys? I have a problem: the mod won't mod. And I REALLY want this mod. ( Okay:
I'm running Minecraft 1.5.1 on Windows 7. I downloaded the latest Forge version (the one for 1.5.1). Installed it (ran smoothly, all seems okay).
But when I added Thaumcraft 3.0.3 to the 'mods' folder and ran the game, it showed the MOJANG logo but then all I get is an eternal black screen - no menu, no visual, no sound. Nothing.
I tried resetting all my core files to the start and trying again, but it didn't work.
Anyone have an idea why this may be happening?

So that means I'll just have to wait 'till version 3.1 comes out?
'Cause I just read up on Forge forums that there is some Obfuscation changes in 1.5.1 so modders should consider it, something like that.
the worst change for modders is the new textures system, now they have to separate each textures and recode all blocks and items to make texture emplacement match with the new texture files,so that require a lot and a lot of work, but this change is only hard for big mods, for tiny mods, update is very fast, for larger ones, that can take days

does this answer your question?
Current # of wood planks: -2147483648.
um, who overflowed my wood farm?

Yeah, I guess it's a lot of work. Go Azanor!
