I had to remove this from my server. Horrible dupe bug currently. If you right-click instead of left-click when crafting, you get a whole stack for the price of 1 craft.

I came here to report the same bug. I just made entire stacks of Nether Brick blocks, Glowstone, and diamond blocks with an amount of materials that could usually only make one block. I've already disposed of the latter two, because I have craptons of glowstone and if I'm going to be fiddling around with stacks of diamond blocks, I might as well be in creative mode.
EDIT: I've noticed that when you remove a result from the table, a copy sort of lingers around in the output slot for a tick. I've been able to get two items for the cost of one just by double-clicking fast enough. Also, when you first put in a recipe, it seems to take a tick for the result to appear in the output slot. Perhaps you should check your code for updating the recipe output?
EDIT X2 COMBO: I just tried turning 48 sugarcanes into paper by splitting the stack across the bottom. I CBA to actually left click 16 times just so I don't cheat a few pieces of paper when I have no less than 30 sugarcanes growing near my base anyway, so I right-clicked. I got 48 paper, but there was still 11 canes left in each stack. I right-clicked three more times. The first two times each gave me 48 paper but only took 5 canes from each stack, the last time still gave me 48 sheets for 3 canes.

It looks like the download link for 1.7.3 isn't working. Instead I'm directed to the main page from mediafire.com. Or is a login required for being able to download?

Maybe I am doing something wrong but I keep loosing items placed in the project table. This has happened 3 times in the last few days since I installed the mod. I am running 1.5.1 with the latest forge, etc. No other problems with the game that I am aware of. I have tried to figure out what sequence of events that causes it but can't pinpoint anything I can reproduce.
Most of the time it happens on logout/login but just a few min ago it occurred when I went to the nether and came back. Maybe a chunk load issue?
As I said, maybe I am just doing something wrong and the project table it isn't supposed to store items in the lower portion of the table. I have even tried it with an adjacent chest but that didn't seem to make any difference.

Hey great mod! Really like it. Using it instead of redpower 2 just for a project table! But any chance of texture pack support? I really like using the Shpax texture pack.

It's overriding an item from Forestry, which shows up when Project Bench is removed:
Item. Name: item.refractoryEmpty. ID: 13326
The game still starts just fine without an error, I just get the mismatch error when trying to load my map. The empty refractory capsule is completely missing with Project Bench enabled. I could probably monkey with item IDs, but doesn't it seem like it should be using 13070 to begin with?
I was using Forge #675, but upgraded to 679 with the same problem.

I should probably note that, the item ID you enter in the config is shifted by 256 by the default Minecraft code. It can cause problems. So if you really want to the item to be id 13070 enter in 12814. (13070-256)
