I totally agree
You know what would be even MORE awesome?
If you could update the images on your front page so people could actually USE this mod.
You COULD always open the image in a different tab. That way you can view the image if you really need to see.
Or... there is a reason why talented people spent time creating a Mod review that shows How/used everything in the mod, posted at the very top of the OP. Vid > pics.
They are returning
I know and I agree, that is an excellent resource - but if that's the attitude, I don't know why you have the pictures up at all - unless you're goal is to seem unorganized and confusing.
It seems like it's a great mod, and I'm using it as part of the hexxit pack. But when there are dozens of mods, I dont want to watch hours of videos to learn every detail about it - I want to look and see, "oh hey, here's a cool feature that I can use when I go explore this area, and I can use it in conjunction with mods B and C items too!" It's especially frustrating when I'm trying to figure out if this item / enchantment (or "augmentation") is part of your modpack or someone else's.
If you don't want users to be tricked into thinking the pictures are supposed to be there to help learn the mod, I suggest taking them down or posting a notice. Right now it's just creating an unhelpful and unprofessional image of you to newcomers. I'm sorry if this seems harsh, but I don't mean it in a personal way - just a suggestion from a small server admin who has no good answer for his 5+ users when they ask "what does THIS item do?"
This was extremely helpful, and OP should make this edit to the first page to let people know about the workaround. Thank you.

It's a ridable mount.
Biomass wolf -
"God knows what this young man, who rode a strange wolf, as it's large, and it have multiple eyes, Some said it's a work of necromancy, While other said it's science." - A bystader who sighted a massacre in the Central District.
- Biomass wolf is a biomass-like wolf who is made through arts of blood, It is a ridable creature only created by players who farmed and made the wolf, The wolf move slightly faster than a sprinting speed, and can jump two blocks, But have 25 HP, So gonna be careful on where you hop. This mob can make a player get a jumpscare when they see a wolf out of absolute nowhere.
I have a somewhat addon to this idea,
Fang attachments for biomass wolves-
"I watched in wonder as the young man slaughtered a farmers family and livestock and then applying their souls onto diamonds, then soaked soul imbued metals with blood, then took them and created something along the lines of armor that attached miniature scythes to the wolves teeth, thus allowing it to collect souls on its own."-A lone survivor moments before death.
Basically this requires two new materials, livingem and halflife ingots, you create livingem the same way you create living metal just instead of iron it uses diamond and requires more souls, while halflife ingots are just soaking living metal ingots with blood. You then use these items to craft a top jaw and bottom jaw which are then crafted together to get a necrojaw which you can equip to biomass wolves to allow them to collect souls upon death however they don't have a hold down time they instantly strike with that extra damage. Making biomass wolves to be much more dangerous. Crafting below
A:livingem
B:halflife ingots
C:top jaw
D:bottom jaw
E:empty
