Getting the following errors
Seems to be intermittent in a chunk and looking at specific objects causes it but cant get it completely nailed down.

ok, i just put flight onto my chestplate, but it doesnt trigger automatically? do i have to activate it somehow? that would kind of defeat the point, since i only put it on there, so i dont have to constantly recast it. (even with air affinity in augmented mode, its becoming a nuissance).
i would even be ok, if it would slowly drain my mana, when im flying. (which should happen, since it damages the robe, which is recharging on my mana).
edit2.: nvm, it procs when you take damage. well, that kind of sucks : /
would it be possible to either change the mechanic of the spell on armor somehow? let it constanly drain mana during the flight, but make the buff permanent maybe.
air affinity could reduce the mana per second required. thing is, im at ars magica level 25 now, and at a point, where i basically can permanently fly on augmented casting mode, because my mana recharges quick enough. im just looking for a way around to constantly having to switch casting modes, and recast it.
I've been trying to find a magic mirror for what feels like ages. I know it is supposed to be in an Ars Magica tower of some kind, but I've fully looted every kind of tower I've seen in my travels and used true sight to search around as well. Can anyone tell me at least which tower the magic mirror can be found in?
ok opened it and they are set as you suggested... still no towers or structures I haven't even seen a village yet.
Interesting, that kind of problems happened a lot in past versions of Ars Magica, maybe... wait, my fault, the setting: B:RetroactiveWorldGen=false For your problem it must be turn on (true) but it have the chance to generate a huge maze over, in or even reemplace your huse, backup your worlds first
You don't actually ever find it placed in a tower. You find it as loot in one of the chests. Sometimes you get lucky and find it easily, while other times you have to search quite a bit to find it. If anything you could always try to go the journal route until you find a mirror.
I know I must have done something wrong but I can't figure it out.

Ok....v5.52.012+clean fresh minecraft client+latest forge universal-1.5.2-7.8.0.723(meta-inf is removed bah) =black screen crush after short mojang logo....no crush report to add here since none generated >_>
I guess i am alone with this? Not see anything like that here on forum since v5.52.012 out.....emm help? ~_~
v5.52.011 worked just fine for me before....tried to go back to forge-universal-1.5.2-7.8.0.721 in hope it is forge problem = same result >_>
If we could get a full list of conflicts that would be great. I had to dig through 20 pages of this thread to find out that railcraft doesn't work fully with this mod and that there are potential conflicts with mo'creatures.
For anybody who happens to use the touhou items mod (probably no one), know that it's incompatible with this mod due to the out of bounds entity IDs it assigns to its items.
Also, i really don't like that i can't break any blocks in the towers, because most are completely inaccessible to me because of this and unless there's some spell you have to use on them, i don't really see any reason for that (and yes, this happens to me for every structure spawned by this mod AND with just this mod installed on the correct forge version, 700). I couldn't find anything in the config to enable/disable it either.

There's one destroyable block, with glowing runes on it, which when destroyed allows you to break the tower. Some towers need either the true sight spell (gets rid of illusion blocks) or the blink spell (short range teleport) to get in, though you can often chuck an ender pearl in a window to get in too. One of the towers requires you to climb ladders and jump through a broken window.
Structures have some sort of magic around them that makes it so I cannot modify them? I found a normal stone house and tried to put a button on the wall so I could open the iron door. Won't let me place a button. Won't let me destroy any of the blocks to get inside. Is this a glitch or is this intentional? Either way, how do I get around it?
It is intentional. Is it the tower that has has a fence-like structure around it in stone bricks? Have a look around and try and find some ladders on the inside of the fence structure

I am having the same problem at the moment with Ars and a few other mods and i have tried 716 and i still get the black screen when i backed up to 712. I just pulled Ars from my mods folder and it is working fine.
