Sorry Im Going Against the rules here (of this thread) but i really have some awesome ideas that could be incorperated into this mod:
Mutant Spider: Giant Spider Beast that leaps really high, spits poison (looks like a beam of light green water that damages like fire upon contact and inflicts poison 2 for 6 seconds afterwards. The Mutant spider will tactically position itself away from the player in order to become un-hittable without range- thus giving it an advantage. It will also be able to leap onto the player, dealing the damage of "(BlocksFallen x 1.5 + 3) in damage. The final attack it has will shoot a string of webs at the player giving slowness, weakness and worst of all, spawning a tonne of webs for the player to get stuck in. Note* if the mutant spider comes into contact with a mutant skeleton, it will turn into a mutant spider jockey which has all the effects of the spider combined with the ranged attacks of the skeleton. (Note that its tripple shot will take place seated, it needs not jump for that)
Mutant Slime: The mutant slime is a demonic foe that has even miniscule factors like its jumps doing damage. Each jump will create a small shockwave that is equivalent to a wooden axe with knockback 1. (light armour piercing) When it lands, it creates patches of toxin which, when the player is in contact with, inflicts slowness 2, nausia 1 and poison 1. The effects end instantly when contact is stopped. The mutant slimes other attacks include a barrage of explosive slime balls that poison and blind when they hit, spawning of smaller slimes, and rarely, when it is hit with a melee weapon, the player that hits it will drop their held item. (So its kind of sticky)

added mutant wither skeleton. but they only spawn in the nether: added lots of and so many code for mutant spider: also attack iron golems fixed the crash when the mutant skeleton constrict the mutant enderman uses clone attack and nothing: added the minion attack for the mutant skeleton the chemical X now turns the wither skeleton into the mutant wither skeleton added the death animation for the mutant snow golem the skeleton follow the mutant skeleton. the enderman follow the mutant enderman. the snow golem follow the mutant snow golem. the zombie follow the mutant zombie. and the creeper follow the mutant creeper. hostile mutant creatures now look at you mutant enderman,mutant creeper and mutant skeleton now attack iron golems do you like it?

It would be cool if you could make Chemical X brewed, rather then crafted. Now it uses 4 obsidian to acquire. You could make it so that there are 4 levels of this potion, each brewed with obsidian from the lower level.

Hey Hippo-master, I just wanted to stop bye and say amazing job on the modules, this mod and your Animated-players are both awesome, and once I get Windows working again (right now im using Linux) I'm certainly going to try this mod out.
Also, I have a few ideas, (don't be shy do call them lame, I kinda get that a lot.. )
Sometimes randomly in the world (if you have this mod installed and you created a new world after you install it) there could be 'ruins' where the mutant creatures would spawn:
Big Frankenstein-style towers - Mutant Zombies, Mutant Creepers.
Igloos/Ice and Snow spikes - Mutant Snowmen. (The structures and Mutant Snowmen only spawn in Winter-type biomes, Taiga, 1.7's Ice Spikes, Snow Plains, etc)
Obsidian and Coal Block Spires/Craters - Mutant Endermen.
And maybe some new mutants, too.
A Wither-Skeleton variant of the Mutant Skeleton, Mutant Zombie-Pigmen (based of Captain-Sparklez's 'take back the night' music video), Mutant Spiders and Cave Spiders, and Mutant Blazes.
The Mutant Wither-Skeletons could also spawn at the Catacombs and Graveyards.
These spawns would be really, really, extremely rare to find so people don't get put off from this mod being to extremely awesome and dangerous. Also, maybe the Mutant Skeleton could drop his bow?
Once again, excellent work on these modules and there bends and stuff, this mod really is amazing.

Maybe mutant Skeleton Horses, they are in the game (the normal skeleton horses) but you cant see them unless you use mods. (kinda like the Gaint Zombie mob) and once spawned, there could be a 50/100 chance that the Mutant skeleton would be riding a Mutant Skeleton Horse, and the same goes for Wither Skeletons with there withering skeleton horses. (wither skeleton horses aren't in the game, i just thought about the idea right now on the spot)

also just wondering but if you get enough ideas for mutant boss mobs that seem good, will you make mutant boss mobs?
I have a ideas! (1) Make a Mutant spider that's kind of like a centaur, lower body, abdomen and legs. upper body, human. you can make it shoot cobwebs with GREAT accuracy. (2) Spin a web at you that pulls you towards it and it can jump and throw you to the ground. (3) Shoot you with little web shots that take 1 1/2 hearts of damage. (4) Summon minion spiders that can fight for her. (5) She could jump on walls and run towards you and JUMP on to you! And when you kill her... I don't know you can decide. Those are good ideas! It's a idea!

Adding potions edits base class files, I think he mentioned that at some point.
Stop treating mod devs poorly. These people mod as a hobby or as a service to the community, they don't have to take your suggestion and you are not entitled to anything from them.
Also, I have a few ideas, (don't be shy do call them lame, I kinda get that a lot.. )
Sometimes randomly in the world (if you have this mod installed and you created a new world after you install it) there could be 'ruins' where the mutant creatures would spawn:
Catacombs/graveyards - Mutant Skeletons, Mutant Zombies.
Big Frankenstein-style towers - Mutant Zombies, Mutant Creepers.
Igloos/Ice and Snow spikes - Mutant Snowmen. (The structures and Mutant Snowmen only spawn in Winter-type biomes, Taiga, 1.7's Ice Spikes, Snow Plains, etc)
Obsidian and Coal Block Spires/Craters - Mutant Endermen.
And maybe some new mutants, too.
A Wither-Skeleton variant of the Mutant Skeleton, Mutant Zombie-Pigmen (based of Captain-Sparklez's 'take back the night' music video), Mutant Spiders and Cave Spiders, and Mutant Blazes.
Nether Fortresses - Mutant Zombie-Pigmen, Mutant Blazes, Mutant Wither-Skeletons.
Cave Systems/abandoned mine-shafts - Mutant Spiders, Mutant Cave Spiders.
The Mutant Wither-Skeletons could also spawn at the Catacombs and Graveyards.
These spawns would be really, really, extremely rare to find so people don't get put off from this mod being to extremely awesome and dangerous. Also, maybe the Mutant Skeleton could drop his bow?
Once again, excellent work on these modules and there bends and stuff, this mod really is amazing.

Maybe mutant Skeleton Horses, they are in the game (the normal skeleton horses) but you cant see them unless you use mods. (kinda like the Gaint Zombie mob) and once spawned, there could be a 50/100 chance that the Mutant skeleton would be riding a Mutant Skeleton Horse, and the same goes for Wither Skeletons with there withering skeleton horses. (wither skeleton horses aren't in the game, i just thought about the idea right now on the spot)

Also Mutant Iron golems with really buff arms, unlike the normal iron golems.
