Sir, this is the wrong forum to look for this. CustomNPC's by Noppes, even though often lay used with Pixelmon, is not located anywhere on this topic. To get the download, head over to the official Custom NPC's forum thread and download the beta. We are working on kinking out the bugs at the moment, but it is very playable.
I won't go hard on you just in case English isn't your first language. It is What, not Who, because they are inanimate objects without true characteristics. What Legendaries are in this mod would be a better question.
Onto the answer. The current Legendaries in this mod are Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos, Mew and Mewtwo. If you want to count pseudo-legendaries, I guess Dragonite might count. Sooner or later, more Pokemon will be added to it, having the rest of the legendaries over time.
Your Pixelmon forum is gone. I have a Free Forum myself - They remove forums that are inactive. As long as at least one post is made a month, it will be safe

Ok, now I'm seeing why we can't attack them ourselves (didn't even think of the whole, "We're more agile than an NPC and can weave and dodge and basically pursue them until they are in the red" issue)
Anybody figured out a way to make legendaries more likely to spawn? All I figured, besides fiddling with the config, is clearing a huge section of the area - over 300 square blocks - and coating all but a few chunks with half slabs to force spawning in a small area, but that's pretty damn inefficient (although it seems like the best solution for Mew due to all those freaking trees and hiding spots...)
We will eventually add a way to skip evolution. You need to install the forge that's recommended on the download page (799)
Forgot to reply to this. Thanks for the reply! Surprisingly haven't had any more crashes, so I wonder if it had to due with that rogue entity ticking out of control, but I'll make sure to reinstall forge and double check that the version is the correct one if I get more issues
Sorry if I shouldn't be suggesting new pokemon but I think the lavitar evolution line would be very popular and could be found in the extreme hills or the new canyon (1.7) biome.
Also, if it hasn't already been suggested, I think a move tutor npc would be good. Have it travel around like trainers and teach one of the specific move tutor moves from the game. The bigger moves like frenzy plant/blast burn/hydro canon or Draco meteor could be rarer.

Whenever I open up my inventory, I can still see my pokemon team, however all of them except tauros (the first pokemon in my party) have turned into this dark gray version of themself. And when I hover my mouse over any of them, instead of their name and stuff coming up, it's this dark gray box. Please help D:

When a Pokemon has a hold item, the glitch will affect all Pokemon below that item holding one
Uh, where am I supposed to get milk? Or steaks? Or leather? I cant find ANY vanilla mobs. Occasionally ill find rotten meat on the ground or something that suggests there are zombies, but iv never seen nor heard them.
Are there TMS? Some sort of list of what biomes different pokemon appear in? Can the pcs/machines be moved after placement? Can the pokemon fight vanilla mobs?
I have so many questions. How long does it take for apricorn trees to grow? Are the pokemon's movesets/evolutions the same as in the games? If so, which game? Why do only golbats and ekans seem to attack randomly? What happens if my pokemon are all fainted and im still walking around
I just saw a zubat with a red name and it looked like it was glitched. It had no level data. What was that??
I wish the wiki were more complete because I have no clue what is going on with this mod. Im about to take it off my minecraft because everything is so ambiguous.

Apricorns as best I can gather take about a minecraft day to grow/sprout apricorns.

Mareep drop wool and can be sheered (JUST Mareep)

Yes there are TMs. They are dropped by Boss Pokemon
The Wiki has a list, but Miltank are found in plains and extreme hills, Mareep in plains, Zubats and Golbat in caves (GOLBAT ARE HIGH LEVELLED AND VERY AGGRESSIVE!), Abra line in forests, Chamander line in Extreme Hills, Magmar in desert, Grimer and Ditto in swamps, Marowak in Extreme Hills, Cubone in deserts (but ONLY on grass, so you need to encourage some growth), Magikarp anywhere there is water

Mew are in jungle
Articuno are in ice mountains
Zapdos in forest hills
Moltres in extreme hills
PCs can be moved. Healing machines cannot be

They grow pretty fast. Within a day or two
They use B2W2's level up movesets
Golbat are abnormally aggressive, as is the Machop line and Rhydon. Otherwise, they just sometimes target you, ESPECIALLY when they are higher levels
If they are all fainted, they stay fainted until you use a healing machine or rest in bed. No blacking out (which is why I think Pokemon should be able to attack us. Make it more of a, "...Uh oh" moment)

A rare subtype called Bosses. They drop TMs, hold items, master balls... Red ones are ten levels above your highest levelled Pokemon IIRC

For other Pokeballs. ALL apricorns are used in different ball recipes
Open up your inventory, and on the left you'll see all of the Pokémon you have. Right-click the Pokémon you want to rename, and click "Summary". You'll see a picture of your Pokèmon, and how much HP and EXP it has, etc. Right underneath the picture of your Pokémon, you'll see its name. Right-click it's name, and click "Rename".

The thing about a wiki is that it exists to be filled in by others. I don't unfortunately have the time to do it myself but feel free to add to it as you work stuff out

Isn't that a little silly? I mean, things like there only being 8 pages in the PC, or things that could improve the quality of the game get left out because no suggestions are allowed

It's because every possible thing has already been suggested. We ended up having a massive forum that had about 10 of each suggestion posted that I wouldn't bother reading anymore cause there was never anything new. Why should we bother adding more pages to the pc when there are still only ~170 pokemon in the game? We'll look at it when it's needed

I figured that the currently small number may have been the reason for the PC limit, but wasn't sure
And ah, that makes sense. Maybe in the future, when the mod is much further along, you might give suggestions a chance again

from an administrator stand point, i find that very unlikely, the suggest a feature section, and the server sections where the most annoying sections to keep together
seriously if optifine is not compatible thats ridiculous i use a toaster for a laptop and cannot get anything better for the time being so if optifine really is not compatible then i cannot use this mod
then go yell at optifine, its their fault for not supporting something forge uses, not ours
