yeh, i suppose,.. its really simple anyway, steel is 2x more durability, and forging a tool makes it 50% more durable and 25% faster
and most players usually dont care for the stats
MineFantasy 1,1 Prerelease1 (Mediafire Download) is out, recipes are included in the zipfile, and some dont work. send feedback to the post if you find somethings wrong, or have a suggestion to make,
Recipe is needed for holy essense, if anyone has ideas go ahead.(nothing stupid)
ironbark and the new ore generate in new maps.
Also runes are used by right-clicking, topslot goes item, bottom goes rune. best to test that in creative since there's no recipe
And the Runes of Divine intervention aren't applied on items, their just used
Ah k, another random idea, ill run it by you mod downloaders(since thats who the mods for), with the magic essenses for elements. should i make randomly generated alters or essense wells that generate the magic essenses, found randomly in the world, they can be tapped to get the ingreedients, if it seems worth it, reply, or send rep.. or something.
May i suggest adding War axes, Spears, Halberds and all that other medieval stuff. also Stuff i haven't seen in most medieval themed mods is More defensive equipment like Pointy sticks stuck in the ground and does damage. Maybe once this mod's really developed you can add catapults and NPCs.

newer weapons will be added. but having them animate 2 hands would probably be... unimplemented. though with renderhooks i can add new special weapons
And catapults would be useless until i get a multiplayer version(if) though i might wait until the forge modloader(its easier and compatible) has a good way of allowing GUIs and Entities. having artillary in singleplayer seems redundant as it just grieves your world

I finally got it installed (I think it was because of the new download/version), and I have to say I love this mod! I suggest you make it compatible with Doku's texture packs. I also suggest adding shingles for roofing, like on a patio, retractable chains for drawbridges, treasure piles, thrones, crowns (which will be given to you after you complete enough quests for villagers, which makes the village happy enough to make you their king), queens/kings (a villager becomes this if you have a crown and a diamond and ask them to marry you [might say no]), and stairs/slabs for all the materials added in this mod. I realize you cannot add this all at once (or maybe ever), but please take my ideas into consideration.
