Credits ljdp - Creator of CraftingTableII found here - I did try to contact him before I posted this release and have not received a response. His code is open source and his forum name has not been logged into in months. If he does come back and wants me to take this down I will gladly do so. The code used for this mod is his code heavily modded to include the new features.
Yes!! it is back but when testing out with all my mods, i noticed that with Equivalent Exchange, the philosopher's stone will disappear when its used to transmute, it should come back to the inventory with the transmutacion result
When I try to craft the table on a server, I get a crash, and it says end of stream. Idk what is wrong, but I also have Equivalent exchange, buildcraft, EXP chest, keep inventory on death, and better enchanting. Not sure if there is a compatibility error, but I also have modloader MP and minecraft forge if you were wondering. I also have the mod installed in single player btw. Any help would be appreciated!
awesome mod but i would like to have config file for how many times it looks for possible recipies eg. when you have logs, cobblestone, iron and gold you can't make gold gear from buildcraft cause it's too many crafts...
Fixed in 1.3 (When I release it). Its no longer throttled with the new algorithm
Thanks Zeldo for the continuation of this awesome mod. Is there any way an option could be added to disable the sound? I usually keep tables at various places around my place and the sound just creeps me out.
Also, I've noticed (on SMP, haven't tested on SSP) that the crafting table will show the items for a second, then the items will disappear until the scrollbar is moved down a bit.
Sound/Movement options are already in 1.3. I am working on the SMP disappear bug,
I prefer your Crafting Table version to the one from ljdp, mostly because of the cumulative crafting feature (everything you can create with the stuff you currently have).
However, the possibility to add new items and item descriptions with a simple .csv file is a pretty big deal, at least for me. Grim's conversion from the ljdp mod to Minecraft 1.2.5 uses a public CSV file hosted on Google Docs, and there are already descriptions for many popular mods, including Forestry, Millenaire, Fossil/Archeology and several smaller mods.
Could you maybe add a similar way of adding new item descriptions? I neither want to abandon your cumulative crafting functionality, nor do I want to abandon the possibility of creating custom descriptions.

I love this mod! you fix the issues very efficiently and quickly, and it works very well. I don't like having to know all of my recipes, and this saves me the time looking in NEI to find out how it's shaped. Great job with this mod!

I don't want/need descriptions, but the (hobbyist) programmer in me is curious about this. Tooltips are already displayed in your gui, some (like forestry backpacks) have multi-line tooltips, so I doubt its a string length thing. Does it have something to do with the way NEI's overlay is drawn on screen?

The descriptions are too long to fit in the tooltip (already considered this :P). But to do it like CTII would cause an issue with the NEI overlay

And one last question, then I promise to stop pestering you When using NEI, pressing 'o' hides the overlay, would you be able to do your own screen drawing while NEI is hidden, or is NEI still in control of the screen even when it's hidden?

Not sure how many bytes, I didn't look into it (I just know its alot shorter then the descriptions are). I will look into this in the future but don't hold your breath

- Fixed scroll resetting when you pick a recipe
- Rewrote almost all of the code to optimize it (now 625% faster!)
- Raised the hard crafting limit to 10 loops (Should never hit this, just to prevent accidental inf loops)
- Added 18 slots of internal storage
- Fixed the SMP issue where you have to click/scroll after opening the table (If this still happens see the config file)
- Improved mod support (IE PStone now works, along with the others that worked previously)
I have a small suggestion :>
Add a target slot where you can place an Item and it will appear on the 1st slot in the Crafting table Interface.
This will prevent the page jumping around each time you click on something to craft it.
Maybe you need let say 3 wooden swords when youll click once the page will jump and youll have to scroll every time.
Not sure how many bytes, I didn't look into it (I just know its alot shorter then the descriptions are). I will look into this in the future but don't hold your breath

No, I made the mod NEI friendly as it is ment to work with NEI's recipe mode (so you know what you need) and search function
