Another thing I forgot to mention, and I wish I wouldve remembered it, before I decided to get the crash message via the custom mob crash when using divinerpg/mo creatures. I noticed somthing extremely broken/overpowered with the mod, when using this mod with enchanting plus, you can get infinite levels, all you do is just right click, get the enchantment, then disenchant with the enchanting plus mod then repeat, the enchantment on the items should be one time only per item.
Is it possible to completely stop meteors of any kind from falling naturally at all using the configuration file? I know that meteor summoners will still summon meteors regardless of the configuration file, but I want to know whether I can stop natural meteors from spawning at all.
It is sort of not possible. What you could do is make it almost impossible for a meteor to fall by setting "Meteor Fall Deterrence" in the configuration file to a very high number. Such as 100,000. You could also disable all the meteor types in the config file, but the mod will still default to Meteorite if a meteor does fall.

Alright, thanks. I'll just put lots of Meteor Shields on the world I want to protect, then, as an extra precaution.
Another question: Does anyone know whether meteor shields protect from kitty comets?

Another question: Does anyone know whether meteor shields protect from kitty comets?
Yes they do. You can actually fully turn off kitty comets by making Kitty Attack Chance in the config file to something less than or equal to 0.
Also another tip, remember that if you use Red Meteor Gems on meteor shields, it will cause the meteor shields to protect more land around it. Might reduce the number of meteor shields you'd need.
For the next update, I want to make the mod compatible with multiple languages. If anyone knows another language separate from English in the US, please contact me. You will be given full credits on the main forum thread for the work you do. Thanks.
Can you actually see the meteorite falling from the sky or does it just spawn?
Also will i be able to use this mod with a preexisting world and still have all the blocks and items available to me

Yes and yes, except you won't have some spare meteor ore underneath the ground where pre-existing chunks are.
My laptop crashed on me yesterday and unfortunately my mod code didn't make it so I'm going to have to reverse engineer it. I can do it. It just will take some time. Luckily, I have spring break next week so I'll have plenty of time to work on it.
If the next update is comming out when 1.5 comes out, sadly that means I wont be able to use this mod in mmr(Modded Minecraft Returns - a collection of mods I play with aswell as record a Lets Play with) untill all the mods are updated to 1.5
I wish there was a little fix update for the mob id conflicts at least.

Sorry, if I can get everything reverse engineered back to working condition within a small enough timeframe, I may be able to do that. But it's going to take the most of next week to get everything going again I think.

Go into the config file and change the ID for TestTorchLit and probably TestTorchUnlit as well. You just have an ID conflict. You can tell it's that when the error report begins like this:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot 4086 is already occupied by net.meteor.common.BlockMeteorShieldTorch@14c5729 when adding ic2.advancedmachines.common.BlockAdvancedMachines@ee6743
That's fixable. Thanks.

Why would you event think such? This is WAY different from terraria.
Think I will be on here often? Haha no.
Some inspiration was from Terraria, yes, but it holds quite a bit of uniqueness to it.
Next update will come when 1.5 comes out, give or take a few days.
