Personally, I don't believe there is a need for the tutorial. It is simple enough. Giving it a tutorial is like having a tutorial of why 1 + 1 = 2. Only toddlers would need it. However, judging by how ~40% (at the time of writing) of the people in the poll said they wanted a tutorial, possibly include the tutorial, but with a skip option for those who don't need the tutorial.
I'm really aniticipating the release of this mod for 1.3.2 because I always used this mod and I'm so lost without it! I hate wasting levels and getting enchantments I don't want!

Or worse yet, wasting diamonds.

Just a dude that's into Minecraft that's always looking for new texture packs, mods, etc.
I know! I have a diamond pickaxe with fortune I used back in 1.2.5. The meter is down to about 20% and I'm only using iron pickaxes because I want to save the diamond pick for important things like diamonds or emeralds. I hate having no enchantments on a pickaxe, but then again, better than wasting them.
Forgive me for using the worn-out idiom, but... "Well there's your problem".
When MC updated to 1.3, it merged SSP & SMP and changed the way the game runs on the back-end. These updates require existing mods to make significant changes to function under 1.3.
The mod's author stated in an earlier post that they are working to update the mod, but that update hasn't been released yet. So, for the moment, your options are to wait until the mod is updated or downgrade MC to 1.2.5.
i have installed it as instructed, im not THAT much of a noob.

The mod isn't for 1.3.2 yet. Also, Xkyouchoux, I know I want you to take your time and give us a perfect mod with no bugs, but it has been over a month since 1.3.2 has been released. My patience is waning. All my other mods have updated (OptiFine, Timber! mod, ModLoader, Forge) and this hasn't. I know its harder to do than the other mods, but surely you can at least post about your progress? For example, the maker of OptiFine posted on his blog and MineCraft forum post to tell people when he was 40%, 60%, 80%, 95%, 99.7% complete. Perhaps you could do the same thing. Just anything to tell us you haven't abandoned the mod. Perhaps even give us some "preview/beta" versions so others can help diagnose the bugs or whatever is keeping you from updating this. Sorry, I had to post this, my patience is really being tested. I have 53 levels of EXP collected from the moment I updated from 1.2.5 to 1.3.2 because I lost this mod.
Why does every mod for 1.3.1 or 1.3.2 require forge, when the 1.2.5 only required modloader?
The big reason most mods now support Forge is because it was updated to 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 before modloader updated making mod makers switch over to Forge so that they could get the mods they made updated. After modloader was updated mod makers found that modloader is extreamly buggy and sometimes doesn't even work at all but with Forge almost all the mods updated to 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 work perfectly. Forge has its own version of modloader, audio mod, and 4096 id patch. This makes it easier to install mods and you can have more mods then you could with modloader. So instead of installing everything sepreatly you can get the same job done in one go with Forge.
Thats why the Aether team for example changed the mod over to Forge in 1.2.5. This way instead of installing 3-4 other mods first just to get the Aether mod to work you now only need two other mods. Forge, and Player API. The Aether team has released beta versions of the mod on there Facebook page the last update was a pre-release and its for version 1.2.5 of Minecraft. They are currently trying to get the mod updated for 1.3.2 but have had some set backs.
I can't get the mod to work with Magic launcher. It says "no forge" and i have the latest forge 4.1.1.251. Please help me
The reason why it's not working for you is because you are probably running Minecraft 1.3.2 with minecraft Forge for 1.3.2, although this mod is still only for 1.2.5
Looks like ALL mods i use are very slow to update to 1.3.x because of the major overhaul. I wish we could at least get some updates on progress for the main 4-5 i use. This, Xie's, Mo Creatures, Backpack, etc.

What are the books for? I let them thinking that you were able to save your enchants into them but they don't seem to work that way. I don't seem to find them anywhere else in my worlds either.

it was such a simple no-hassle way to repair tools and armor, i cant wait till it is finished.

Can you already release a ,,beta'' of the mod?
I hope you can finish it so quickly as possible.
