I am having a lot of crashing problems. I am running MC 1.4.7 on a Win 7 x64 system with 6 gigs RAM and 750 Gig HD. I have only "Too many Items" mod installed.

Hi, again.
I figured out why my MC was crashing: Cam Studio did not like the texture pack I was using. After I switched to the defaul one, no more troubles. But... When I record in third person I only ge t a closeup of my (avatar's) face. See attached image from video.

What is a way to get Camera Studio to record both Game/system sound, and your voice from the microphone together?
Target environment #1 is Windows 7, with the hidden/disabled Stereo Mix revealed. However, it doesn't show in the list of options in Camera Studio. A "primary sound capture device" is shown. Attempting to record from that gives what that player is speaking -- it records his microphone, but not the game or the rest of us on voice chat.
Any idea how to get the rest of the system's audio to record?
Target environment #2 is Mac 10.7.5. I have Sound Flower. I have a multi-output device to send game/system sounds to both soundflower and the spreakers. I have Line In to copy microphone to sound flower, but for some reason, it does not seem to actually function anymore. I can either record game sounds and voice chat, or my own voice. At the moment, I'm using Mumble to record my voice at a fairly constant level, so that's not a killer; trying to mix all the audio, and edit it / cut/trim/keep all the audio/video synched together is (takes me too much time).

If you wanna record the ingame and system sound + mic I think its better if you make a path and turn off 3d camguy and just record with fraps or anything ;P I don't think this is possible.
Yes it's possible, but you have to enable your os Stereo Mixer manually.
Ok im having two problems. If you look in the video below you can see the chunks in the distance spazzing out. And the other problem which you guys may not know how to fix is also in the video you will see bright orange lights just flicker on the screen.... DO you know how to fix these two things? THanks

Are you recording to a large harddriver as a 2TB ? Or something. I had these problem with my 2TB.. When i switched to my 120GB ssd everything went smooth..
You can also look the x speed and raise it higher. The higher you have the smoother is goes for you.. Play with you settnings. Could be that you harddrivers rotating speed it to slow as my 2 TB have 7200 or 5400 RPM
I also see that you are using a texture pack. Try use the default!

Hi. This was exactly what I was looking for! This mod is really great, admire the work you did. I also tried it out on a test run and decided to keep going and post it. Here it is ---
So when I record, the lighting is weird and the chunks keep reloading. I have no idea why this keeps happening. I think I saw an option to fix it somewhere or other, but I'll be damned if I can actually find where it is.

Why is this happening? Is there anything I can do to fix it? Needless to say, I was kind of bummed when I spent an hour and a half building this just to find out that the video had something wrong with it, especially considering that the first time I recorded, this effect WASN'T present.

A "primary sound capture device" is shown. Attempting to record from that gives what that player is speaking -- it records his microphone, but not the game or the rest of us on voice chat.
Any idea how to get the rest of the system's audio to record?
Target environment #2 is Mac 10.7.5. I have Sound Flower. I have a multi-output device to send game/system sounds to both soundflower and the spreakers. I have Line In to copy microphone to sound flower, but for some reason, it does not seem to actually function anymore. I can either record game sounds and voice chat, or my own voice. At the moment, I'm using Mumble to record my voice at a fairly constant level, so that's not a killer; trying to mix all the audio, and edit it / cut/trim/keep all the audio/video synched together is (takes me too much time).
Any idea why this would have stopped working? Any better way to do this on a Mac?

Did you enable the Stereo Mix ?
Yes it's possible, but you have to enable your os Stereo Mixer manually.
I didn't hear of it, so to me they are compatible ..

Curse PremiumThe Windows 7 players have enabled stereo mix. They don't see stereo mix in the list of choices. One has fraps, and will just use that; the other has no recording software other than this.

it crashes and says look at the log.
when i look at the log it says something with native memory blablabla here take a look:
pls someone help me i really want this mod to work i got a pc with asus radeon 4000 series and 4 gb ram so maybe it helps
ATI Radeon HD 4600 + 1920x1018 seems to be your problem..
Lower your window size (or your screen resolution), and try again

Why is this happening? Is there anything I can do to fix it? Needless to say, I was kind of bummed when I spent an hour and a half building this just to find out that the video had something wrong with it, especially considering that the first time I recorded, this effect WASN'T present.
