1) Brain-in-a-jars don't seem movable by sticky pistons. Why does this matter? Because I like to hook my bookcases/brains up to rows of them so I can raise/lower the top or bottom row depending on what level of enchant I want/how much vis I want to spend. Doesn't work with brains.
2) I seem to have found an issue with pressure since I switched to Thaumium reinforced tanks to hold taint in my Nether lab. I will just use screenshots to show what I mean.

You can see in this pic a filter on top of a conduit. Taint is clearly flowing out of the tank into the filter. The bit of taint coming from the left is not a steady stream, it is just a small spurt coming from a Crucible of Souls. Just take my word for it, taint is flowing from the tank as it should, into the filter.

However, when I add one valve before the filter, taint will NOT flow out of the tank into the filter. I tried every position and hookup I could think of to try and get this to work, but no matter what, if I take off the valve, the filter pulls from the tanks, and if I put it on, it doesn't. I did not have this problem with my previous tanks (but they had both taint and vis in them, while vis is getting sent to the other side of the room in the pics shown.)
You can also see in that pic that I had to directly connect conduits to the bottom tanks in the stacks to get taint to flow out at all, which I am certain was not the case with my mixed tanks, which worked fine as a single unit.
1) I think quite all TC2 blocks are not push-able so well deal with it... (also placing torches around will block the usage of the brains if it works like vanilla enchanting table... haven't tested it yet))
2) once Azanor told me that the valves kills the pressure in the conduit so it's normal that it don't work... I may suggest to place the valve on the intersection it should work... also it's useless to connect each tank to the conduit... connecting just the bottom one will do as the tanks piled vertically are linked toghether
I ran into a bug that causes a saving chunks crash. I was fighting pigmen in the nether and everytime I would get hit I would crash. I used invedit to move my armor to my inventory and it cleared it up.

I've run into a bug that causes my vis tanks to lose vis when I exit and reload my world. It seemed to start when I set up a seal portal to access my vis smelting room. Occasionally when I portal'd to this room I would get a missing chunk and part of my tank system would appear invisible. Everything was still there, i could mouse over the tanks to see the storage levels. After that I noticed that every time I exited and reopened my world my storage tanks would all be reverted to a previous state, regardless of whether or not they were more of less full before I closed the world. I then tried knocking empty tanks off the top of the system to see what effect it would have. It turns out that every time I chop off the empty tanks then close and reopen my world, the remaining tanks load with less vis/taint in them. I took some screencaps of this:

I will read the last 2-3 pages if I were you... so you'll know that Azanor have no intention to make an SMP version NOW that 1.3 will bring a new mod API and make the whole game kind of SMP only (and have to re-code the mod 2 times, the first to make you beloved SMP and again when 1.3 will come out)... so go annoying Mojang to move their asses...
I've thought it through more, and to expand on my original post, the wisps could inflict higher or lower damage depending on the biome they are currently in, and have different attack strengths and movement speed based on their affinity, or if the biome their are curretly in matches their affinity. Like regular vis wisps having the most life, tainted ones doing the highest damage (with the logic being taint= bane of normal life, with maybe a chance to taint the attacked mob?), and air having the highest movement speed, etc. If the whole crystal cocoon thing were to be implemented as well, the time it takes them to change affinities could be sped up if in the matching biome. The effect each type could have when attacking could be;
-Earth wisps have a chance to poison mobs with each attack.
-Water wisps have a chance to slow or freeze them when attacking.
-Fire would of course set them on fire.
-Air could have a toned down version of the SotZ's knockback.

It could fly around on tiny bat wings, have taintacles coming out of the bottom, shoot fireballs?, and generally just be evil. It would be a wonderful petslave helper. Up until the point where it eats your brains while you sleep, but good until then.

EDIT#2: I forgot to mention this. In order to add more depth to the wisps/ constructs, they could have little blurbs of text, with strange colored symbols based on the affinity of the wisp. The Constructs could reuse the whispering sound from the Edritch Monuments, because everyone loves evil things that whisper dark secrets.
Ever since thaumcraft 2 I have had a really hard time finding tainted crystals now that condensers no longer produce tainted cyrstals. My crystalizer doesnt seem to refill the depleted crystals to tainted cystals. Anyone have a good way of getting them without huge amounts of exploring and digging (i also dont have 9 to make one that grows)

I didn't think about how many chunks would stay loaded with portals/interfaces and it definitely didn't occur to me that unloaded chunks could cause a crash. Maybe it was just worded badly, but that change threw me for a loop.

If you have a farm, you can turn a monolith into a massive vis generator using the leftover seeds.

Thaumcraft isn't currently for SMP. You'll have to wait until the 1.3 update and the ModAPI.
