If you're callin' about the Mobtalker scripts, I no longer have access to them.
However, it's been getting tempting lately to put together a modpack that includes CustomNPCs, so I could definitely work in something along the same themes in the modpack's quests. Feel free to give suggestions of mods that promote an experience which minimizes mining grind in favor of exploration. I'll likely have to include Grimorie of Gaia to provide good models (No I'm not gonna directly change the default mob models)
I'll accept that.
I guess I'm a little hard on EE, not really sure why.
It really does go too fast- I've been wanting to learn code to make a 'hardcore' version if it. However, if you play EE without using the Collectors- It's nowhere near as easy.
Would love pictures. You're the same guy who posted the pictures last time, right?
Yes I was, but Flash seems to be derping for me and I can't download the latest version.

I like the tainted/vis wheat and think it would not only be a nice way to try and control the environment but I think it would also be interesting if they appeared when certain aura and taint values are reached, spawn naturally I mean. Also looking forward to the current magic plants having more purpose of course.
Oh and a while back I asked if artifacts and such would appear in chests of CARuins but I don't think I ever got an answer. Anyone know? I guess I could check myself...but...uhm...ya...I'm a little weary of adding more mods to my set up. *got what a terrible excuse*
I still think astrology should be added, someone posted about that a few (well more than a few now) pages back... I would love to study the stars and be an astral wizard :D.

Maybe wild taint/vis plants could spawn, but I was referring specifically to cultivated aura-control plants- You know, researched, infused, cultivated, done.
I'm not sure about CARuins, I've been avoiding that mod for some reason... -checks- Oh, looks like I misread something, it's only the SMP version that conflicts with forge. Might try that mod out then.
However, a number of pages ago (Actually, almost immediately after TC2 1.0.0 came out) someone posted the code and instructions for adding TC2 artifacts to MCDungeon Dungeons.

Gravitas and I talked about that a while back- we suggested that the telescopes produce star charts for use in research. We meant them as research boosters, but maybe "astral" deserves it's own tech path, focusing producing and improving machines that are affected by the lunar phases. What else could it do? There are lots of possibilities, but they all elude me night now.

I just hope that Azanor has those suggestion saved somewhere...who I am kidding, he is probably already coding them XD
Who am I kidding, he's probably already coding them in such a way that we can abuse it's power and cause an eldritch apocalypse.
Seriously though, I really hope he's writing down ideas. I remember back when I first joined the thread, you and he were always going back and forth, and I was just struggling to get noticed XD
-sigh- those were the days.

Can anyone please link me the recipe for the 3rd tier boots, I had learned at least 3 or so items and somewhere amidst the random crashing I lost the recipe scrolls but can still make the items associated with them.
OK, about the dragons eggs: Might have been a version or two ago. I don't know, it worked for me a bit back. I just know that they have insane research boost, and tend to give 6 eldritch knowledge fragments on their own.
I'll try again, but they weren't in the table right away even if I have a million EMC. I just saw them a few times while getting myself high end items(I once got a tier 3 collector to show up with my stored EMC. Quite cool, and I took it).
EDIT: Just tried again, it worked. Maybe I don't have the latest one. I'll check and try again.

[quote=Cryptonat][quote=Snitch]Basically you're stuck in hell till you find a portal out. There are alternatives to pig, by the way, as you probably know. :> There are no alternatives to Bacon. Ever.
You know what? I have the latest EE. EE 2 1.4.1.5 is the latest, and I have it installed. Update, try again.
It costs a grand total of 73, 728 EMC for one, and as I said, very powerful boost.

So it turns out Dragon Eggs do not duplicate. Oh well.

Im having some weird graphical glitches with some items, they're just purple squares. This is on default and other texturepacks. This is in the yogbox, are there any confirmed mod conflictions or anything? Or is it the mod in it self? Could it be caused by Optifine?

probably because you have a graphics card that throws a ***** whenever optifine is installed?

actually, just add the name: Dragon_Egg:20; to the config, worth 20 units of vis, thus takes 80 units to dupe

I dunno if its thaumcraft, or forge or jeb that broke the bookselves synergy with enchanting/Q-table. Only 2 Levels of Bookcases/Brain in a Jar gives Beneficts to the Tables. (So only a total of 24 books/brains affect the tables, 22 If you need an exit)
