Sorry, 1.3 is gonna be hard enough. TBH, a full month is a decent estimation of how long it will take to update to 1.3, as that is a real game changer. Though it probably won't take THAT long
How about a item/block which make mobs explode when in a certian radius?

Not bad, but it seems a little unnecessary. Just go run around and attatch vests to mobs...though there is a feature in my dispenser code that SHOULD attach vests to mobs in front of them, though it probably won't.

Do you have any ideas on improving the missiles launcher?
One of the main reasons I don't like the ICBM missiles as much as the explosives+ balistic missile launcher is because they are far too complex to use eg. -Power up some coal generator, use radar gun to aquire target, wait to charge up and then fire-. While the missile launcher is so much more easier to use - place down, select your nearest npc village and fire.
But one thing I do realy like from the ICBM mod is the missiles types - and I not asking to copy from the mod but I like the idea of using different missiles as some sort of ammo or setting the launcher to fire different types.
That is most definitely planned. The idea is that you will place a bomb into the ballistic launcher GUI and the bomb placed will modify how to missile explodes. If you place, say, a Napalm bomb, you'll get a napalm explosion. A MegaNuke, a mega nuke explosion. BiomeBuster, you get the idea. And the bomb won't be used up, it'll just sit in the GUI and continue to modify all launched missiles until you remove it.
The mod doesn´t work like it should, the Congfigurator doesn't work at all, the AC-130 (The big cannon only removes 5-6 blocks!!), the Valkyrie, the Predator, C4 and the Nuke are barely doing any damage.

I really can't believe it got that badly screwed up by your setup, but here's what you have to do.
1) Go into .minecraft/config and delete Explosives+.cfg
2) Get a fresh .jar if you aren't using an installer system like MCPatcher or something and install JUST the latest version of Forge. Explosives+ is made to utilize post-ModLoaderMP, FML-era Forge. If you try to use it with MLMP, it won't work properly. Also, it won't work great with ModLoader either. So drop ModLoaderMP and ModLoader, all the mods you're using will work fine with FML and Forge.
3) After you've installed Forge and only Forge, install Optifine as well
4) Run Minecraft and Profit!
Don´t forget the reaper system in the coming updates
Not sure what you mean by reaper system, the Predator Missile already does most of the functions of a reaper. What's given more priority is to make the Stealth Bomber flyable
Thanks for the info - that is a lot better idea, rather than cluttering up the creative inventory/ toomany items menu with lots of different missiles types.
Anyway...two more ideas/sugestions
Idea 1 -maybe the missiles them self (the ones launched from the launcher) could be retextured eg. the napam missile could have an orange texture when launched?
Idea 2 -A way of making an airtrike(Beacon/PAS) use different explosives? - rather than just using nukes/hydrogen bombs Eg. Inverter airstrike inbound!!

Seems the best place for me to use this is to "purge" mystcraft worlds which have decay in them the fun way cause i got enough EMC flying around from using nova cataclysms to do it, now I'm gonna have some fun if this (hopefully) goes into my 50+ big modset I've got rolling... I might need a quantum suit from IC2 first so I can be a badass and just stand inside the explosion like some guy from an anime and not take any damage... XD
but anyway, the reason I'm here. Is there be any chance a config that allows you to set the minor explosives to not blow up blocks but still deal damage? aka, "terrain friendly" mode for soft explosives so that they can be used for fighting mobs rather than causing mass destruction? if there isn't, would that be a possibility for anything of minor yield? (so like nukes and Bbusters wouldn't have this but stuff like missiles and rifles and C4s would"). and although that's counter productive on the entire reason the mod was created some of those explosives like dynamite and the topdown missiles and rifles would make good battle tools... although if thats out of the question I'll just have to use them in the manner i mentioned in the first paragraph... or bring my mercurial eye from EE along.
SECONDLY, howabout a bomb called the void bomb which is a buff of the nova bomb. Basically it works like a nova but when it blows it sucks in the blocks but they disappear into "the void" then when you detonate another one the blocks come flying out from there... even in concept it sounds fiddly to me so I wouldn't expect this to be made but it's your shot.... or possibly directional tnts? so when they blow up they blow up holes through the terrain based on the direction they're placed, OR better yet, they fly in that direction until they hit something when activated. finally maybe a high yield shrapnel bomb with craptones of arrows in it...or for the sadistic, a version where that craptone of arrows is a giga-clusterbomb of dynamite.

Additionally, by doing so, you ensure that you will not receive one micron of assistance, and may find yourself on the end of some aggressive, angry posts.
I downloaded this mod and the portal gun mod, and the other mod happened to conflict with the reverter bomb. I changed the # Block ID - Portals to 208. an error message popped up then another one took its place. this is what the new one said:

Get a fresh minecraft.jar and install ONLY Forge in it.

It looks like you installed FML twice, don't need to do that. Forge contains FML all on its own.
