I have a question. Maybe its just me, but did you edit the grass block at all? Suddenly when I try to dig with my iron shovel on non-tilled (and tilled) grass blocks, I dig with the speed and power of my fist! What happened? I'm only using your mods so... is it this mod, or is it minecraft in general (and I never knew somehow...)?
I've looked into it and unfortunately, I believe it's the mod. Technically speaking, the grass block isn't edited, but I did code a replacement grass block that spawns snow on top of it during winter (and removes the snow if it isn't winter). The problem lies within the ItemSpade class as it only calls for effectiveness against the original grass block and not the replacement block. The only fix I've found so far is to edit ItemSpade to include the new block but that's something I don't want to do (for compatibility purposes). If anyone knows how to set a block to be effective by a tool without editing the base item class (ItemSpade in this case), let me know.
I was waiting for someone make this kind of mod so long. This is epic! I have a question, though: with 1.9 comes breeding, are you going to implement some kind of fancy animal breeding? Like the need to feed you animal (with some kind of box that you put weat on) and they becoming pregnant instead of just making a clone. Would be awesome to see something like that, because I don't like at all the new breading system. Thanks, bro! Keep up the good work on this mod.
Just finished updated FishCraftory to v1.1! I've added in 25 more fish to catch for a total of 50 new fish added into Minecraft. Of course, I had to sacrifice cooked fish, but they will make a return sometime soon. I'm going to bed but feel free to post any bugs.

I was wondering if that was the case. Please have some relief since the spade still works on dirt. So underground mining is still a lot easier. It just doesn't work on grass. Sadly, I am no modder, so I have no advice myself. Maybe look around the modder help sections or something? Sorry I'm not much help.

Nah, don't worry about it. Thanks for reporting the issue in the first place. :wink.gif: I'll try posting in the help section if I can't figure it out myself.
is fihscraftory compatible with mo'creatures now you've updated?
I can get Mo' Creatures working fine with my mod but I can't say that it'll work for you. I use MyCraft as my main mod manager so maybe that's why it works for me. The best thing I could tell you is to install them both and see. FishCraftory uses a lot of sprite indexes so if you install it besides another mod that uses lots of sprite indexes then you're going to run into issues no matter what.

I'll try to use MyCraft now. I thought the mods needed to be made specially for MyCraft for them to work. Guess I was wrong. hahahah

Yeah, I was sketchy with MyCraft at first but it really handy (and you don't even have to open Minecraft.jar to install mods. Most mods are just drag and drop into the mod folder). There is one issue though, GuiAPI needs a fix if you want to try using it through MyCraft. The problem is missing image files, which can be downloaded here: GuiApi Fix. Just copy the two folders into your GuiAPI folder and everything should work with MyCraft.

I don't think it does need this fix anymore. I tried to install GuiAPI 0.11.1 and everything seemed to work properly. After I've installed the fix you supplied, my hunger bar went all pinky, so I just deleted your fix. Thanks for helping me though.

Oh cool, I had issues with mine but I'm glad its fixed now. :smile.gif:
Are you serious?! 50 fish ?!
That's just too awesome!
I mean ... we want to eat'em , not collect'em (like in Pokémon :biggrin.gif:)
I'm probably going to make a complete room with a fishing pond and a few double chests with fish in it ;D

I got no other mod's installed.
deleted Meta-inf
Installed Modloader.
The crash is: "No more empty item sprite indices left!"
Please fix.
Which mod did you install? And did you install it with a FRESH minecraft.jar?

I kind of like that idea. I'll look into it. :wink.gif:
Would anyone else like to be able to display their fish on a wall?
