You should have all the regions in a portals. Like the first region has 2 portals one at the beginning to go back to the normal world and another at the end to bring you also back to the normal world with supplies to get the supplies to make a portal to another region. I personally think there also should be a cd thing like they have in the game. Like how they teach moves like fly, surf, so on and so forth.

Pokémon Green is a game. Do your research Originally in Japan they had Pokémon Red and Green, but then over in the US and Europe we got Red and Blue. I forget what the reasoning is.

Sounds like modloader isn't loading your mod up, dude. Not sure how that's fixed, or of the finer details, but one of the other regulars might be able to help. I had the same issue at one point, I just reinstalled it all to get it working again.
If you updated your Minecraft client after installing any of the up to date mods, though, that may be what caused it. Update always comes first, as it overwrites some of the mod class files in most cases.
