As if a config file can even be compared to my mod.
It does exactly what it needs to do. My mod is for survival gameplay, and the spawn rates are in a config file in order to allow people to change the difficulty at which they play. What changing things other than the spawn rate does, is take out the intended use of the mod. If you switch magma creepers from spawning in the nether, it changes the mod drastically. Basically, I don't like that. So no, it can't be compared to your mod, but your mod isn't good with my mod.

Nice, refute my statement by making subjective statements concerning your own mod. Realize that not everyone has the same opinion as you, and that no opinion is ever completely justified. There is no real intended use of the mod. It exists only in your own mind. You, as a mod creator, make a mod so that others can do whatever they want with it. Whatever they want. People may like your mod overall, but dislike certain features, including entities. Not everyone wants to use a mod on every single one of their worlds. Not everyone wants to modify configuration files every time that they want to play. Not everyone agrees with you.
And your mod isn't good with my mod? Just because you don't like that it gives more power to the player? You're missing the point of making a mod. Let people make their own decisions. Let others judge for themselves.

For you to have to advertise your own mod on other people's mod threads, which are obviously more popular than yours, and then to criticise their decisions about mod creation and opinions is pathetic. Sure, your mod may be useful in some cases, but let the people who need it go find it. And I don't create mods without purpose either. Everything I said above is true, because the mod is intended to be used in a survival mode with the creepers spawning at specific rates and in specific biomes. I'm all for mods like yours, I've used (and created) small utility mods before. What I hate is when they come with that attitude. Like you are superior, just because your mod does a bit more than mine. I'm pretty sure my mod does a lot more than yours in terms of features, and they are different. That's the point. Now go annoy someone else with your opinions about how mods should be made, people like you caused the past arguments about use of adf.ly because they thought modders should do what they wanted instead of what the modders wanted.

I didn't just "advertise" my mod - some people were having problems with the creepers spawning (if you actually read the posts) on the last page. Not to mention that you were the one starting something. There's no reason to get angry over something like this, but you reacted harshly, not me.
And you're saying that I have an attitude? Really?

I have been reading all the posts on my thread. The majority of the problems have been either spawn rarity or people looking in the wrong places (meaning they haven't read my whole op) and those that weren't have had other players discussing them. Why do you think I released an update today with spawn eggs for creepers? I'm getting angry because I don't like people offering their things as solutions to mine. If something needs fixing or improving, I will do it, countless updates on friendly creepers, balancing and fixes prove it. What you are giving people is an alternative to what I have added to the mod, and if problems with creeper spawning occurred properly I doubt it'd be solved by changing where they try to spawn and the rates, it's most likely a bug that I'd pick up on in my tests. What I really wish is that people like you would just leave other people's mods alone if help isn't wanted. I've had annoying things like mushroom-something (can't remember exactly) making changes to my mod and distributing without my permission. In fact I even explicitly stated that what he did was a planned change of mine and for him to not release anything. He did anyway. Basically, just leave me alone. If you find a bug that needs fixing tell me, but please don't try to offer your mod instead. Let people come to you

I tried to download the mod for my friend but every time I click the link it says that it could not connect. Just wondering if this is just happening on my friends comp or if the links broken?

i tried the spawn egg recipes and they wont work can someone tell me whats wrong
Whats not working? Can you not craft them? Do they not spawn a creeper on right-click? Do the crash? Please give more info. Check you are crafting using a normal creeper egg.

Don't advertise your mod when mine has that feature...... That's the lowest of the low

EDIT: No more "bumps" for you. Too ignorant to understand.
