I don't know if anyone has experienced this but when I break a block, the texture flashed to a random texture of another block before breaking. When I recently used a shovel on some snow and then stopped, the snow just flashed other textures and wouldn't stop. I'll try to make a vid of it if you want.

No need, i'm aware of this, particularly with Optifine. Due to the way the engine works, there is no fixing this, MultiMine causes Texture Updates while the Tesselator has another Block(Texture) loaded.

if it wouldnt require mcpatcher, i would use it, as some mods that i use conflict with mcpatcher...
There is not a single mod incompatible with mcpatcher, people just use it wrong.
i had mcpatcher installed, meta-inf deleted, wanted to install mods - crashed for good.
so i used my backup version 1.1 vanilla.
installed the mods - everything fine.
so it has been the mcpatcher, as there hasnt been anything else done with the installation.

I'd be amazed to know how the bloody hell you got MCPatcher to be installed when it's an installer itself, and not an actual installable program.

oh :blink.gif: , yes, stupid me, i had the HD fix and optifine installed via mcpatcher...
that conflicts with the mods i'm using:
buildcraft, industrialcraft, redpower
... maybe it works with only those three and your mod :smile.gif:
i downloaded it and will try it again later :wink.gif:
i have so many backup versions of my minecraft with different mods, that i sometimes get confused about whats installed and whats not :laugh.gif:
Well the idea behind mcpatcher is that it is not incompatible with anything, so you wouldnt have to resort to something like magiclauncher in the first place. That being said a ModLoader version of this mod does exist and at some point, when i feel like it, i will port it to 1.2.3

There is no 1.1 version for modloader, thats why.
