Nice Mod! use it on Multiplayer a lot,and on super hostile too. Also, it would be nice if you could make the waypoint icons have different shapes you can choose.

putting it in the jar makes no difference. I downgraded to 1.7.3 and it works fine just not 1.8
I just tested this with 1.9 PR-2 and after installing only the mini-map onto a vanilla 1.9p2 the mod just gives an error at the top of the screen that says "ERROR - SMP ADDRESS ACQUISITION FAILURE" I get this message and no mini-map on both SSP and SMP.

While the mod works, it breaks CJB's X-ray (the lighting changes but the i can't see through the ground anymore). v2.2 works fine though so something you changed v2.2 and v2.2_01 is what is causing the conflict.
