Can you make SignColors compatible with sign edit? - i know the ado.class included in sign edit is optional, but ctrl x,ctrl v, and ctrl c?.
Actually being sign edit is so small, can you just remake it?.. you can rightclick placed signs to edit them, and use ctrl x,c,v to copy, paste, and cut? and ad in your colors too? - and make sure its automatically compatible with sign tags?

I don't think I want to just remake it, since the author of Sign Edit may not like that. :tongue.gif: But I'll send him a PM and ask for permission to make a merge.

I don't really think you need permission, becuase it will be litterally unoticeable - people still would need to download signedit if they wanted it - and he doesn't have adfly on his link so he probably doesn't much care about making money - so if you could just make the merge >.>
I understand the need for permission, but Apathetic is rather inactive - untill about the time it comes to update his mods, which he does prompty a few days after all the prerequesites are ready

I'd still rather ask. :smile.gif: I'd want someone to ask me if they were going to do that.
...And if we waits until it's ready to update, he'll see my PM, then. :smile.gif:
any more news today? - maybe make a post on his thread too
Nope, not quite.
You'll probably need to wait until MCP is updated for 1.0.0 (which I read somewhere that it would probably be after the 26th). That's when I'll update my mods, and when he probably will, too.
You install ModLoader, and then put the files in the download inside your minecraft.jar (and delete the MOJANG_C.* files inside the META-INF folder). :smile.gif:
gobo77 is talking about this mod: Randomobs
I took a look at it and both of these mods edit acq.class.
So I guess for these mods to work together they have to be merged?
Hmm, maybe. But it uses MCPatcher, so it should work if you put my class files first. I think?
If not... I have no idea. :tongue.gif: I'm not sure how MCPatcher works.
I'm using Starter Pack to give myself a wood pick, shovel and axe. This is especially useful if you're using either "Timber!" or "Treecapitator", so that you can quickly get into the meat of the game.
I find that punching trees to start Minecraft got old fast, and that cutting them one-log-at-a-time got old too. Terraria did it better. :tongue.gif:
Sure. :smile.gif: It doesn't look like MCP is updated yet, though.
Once it is, you'll probably need to remind me again. :tongue.gif: I've been working on this lately, and another project with a friend.
Minecraft Coder Pack, not ModLoader. :smile.gif:
MCP 4.5 is up to 1.9 prerelease 5, and I don't see anything for 1.0.

btw great mods!
No, not yet. Be patient. :smile.gif:
I am not a doctor, so i don't have much patience

I haven't tested them outside of MCP, so if they are any problems, please tell me. :smile.gif: I'll edit this post once I check.
Sign Colors doesn't have a server version up yet... I'll probably do that tomorrow.
(TheEnlightened: I haven't gotten a response from Apathetic yet.)
(EDIT: Oh, third page. I reached a milestone. :tongue.gif:)
You install ModLoader, and then put the files in the download inside your minecraft.jar (and delete the MOJANG_C.* files inside the META-INF folder). :smile.gif:
Oh. Switch in third person mode, and then use the numpad (controls on the page on my website) to move around and rotate. :smile.gif:
(Assuming Random Mobs is another mod, ) Could you provide a link to it?
(If it isn't a mod, I'm not sure what you're referring to. :tongue.gif:)

Thank you!
I was wondering if you could start presueing the issue again.
Oh, yeah, sorry. :tongue.gif: Just did it, you can get it here.
(EDIT: That link is buggy. Get a fixed version here.)
