Question: Which versions of each mod are used in the current version of this modpack? I've been told that Equivalent Exchange is a rather old version and that's why there's so many issues with it.
EDIT: Should have looked in the mods folder. EE is version 6.11.
Wait, disabling Millienaire. Well, I've never really cared about fossils, but are you just disabling Millienaire for that one Theme or are you disabling the mod completely until you can have more sprites, or indeffientally? I'm worried becuase I'd much rather have Millienaire in this mod than PortalGun or a few others. Just a worry...

I personally think adding portal to this awesome mod pack will feel out of place with the other mods. I rather just keep the fossils and millenaire. Also will the fossils and other mods be retextured?

'Millenare' was updated to include the 'Forge' compatable version. That is really great news. It means the mod is much more compatable with others, like 'Portal Gun'. 'Portal Gun' was added to the pack's default (machiene) theme. 'Display Cases' were added too. Show off the new stuff, even new items from mods! 'Crystal Wing', 'Starting Inventory', 'Floating Ruins' and other DaftPFV mods were updated by Bspkrs (and promptly added to AMCO). Teleport home, start your game with a 'Recipie Book', and admire the strange hovering islands in AMCO's "Strange" theme. Themes were added again too. So far just 2 thanks to modders hard work on compatability: "Machiene" is AMCO's default theme. 'Millenare' and 'Portal Gun' are enabled, but 'Fossils' is off to make room. "Strange" is a theme build around 'More Creeps and Wiredos'. 'Portal Gun' and 'Display Cases' are off to make room, but 'Floating Ruins' and 'Fossils' are on to increase strangeness. Lag was adressed too. AMCO no longer contains 'HD fix', and is fully drop-in compatable with 'Optifine'. Install as normal, after AMCO. HD_S version reccomended. 'Isabella' textures for vanilla items by BoneMouse, and macthing textures for many mods by ScottKillen are also included now. They are 16x16 so give the game a new look without killing wimpy video cards.

Have a look at my "GoldWell" ruin and clip it down to size if you want.

Bug in 3A When using the texture packs it renders as if you have not patched your game for 32x32+ textures and water+lava says "Use the patcher" Grass is errored. ETC. I've fixed it my installing then patching with MC patcher.

DAMN YOU'RE FAST! Anyway, thats just awesome how you included the portal mod! And maybe...(Most likely) when 1.2 comes out you could add Mo Creeps? With all the block id's (4096) I'm sure it'll be easier to put more mods in the pack! Thanks for creating an awesome mod pack! As soon as I get my MC launcher working (Have to resort to Technic for now :sad.gif: Well, its not a bad pack) the new AMCO is guaranteed to be on my laptop! >:smile.gif:

Best to restart with fresh minecraft.jar if you want to switch as those two can conflict.
Install AMCO, skip 'HD fix', install 'Optifine', done. "Smooth" version reccomended.

Thanks for the response! The minecraft.exe is the launcher. It wont connect to minecraft.net. It gives me Fatal error (4). Thats actually what I meant to say.

Just a minor suggestion (for your changes that you make). Have a "Changelog" section on your main post with spoiler to make it minimized. I just noticed you post your updates mid thread, which is kinda weird, when I see you updated, but then have see the time, then find the post you made AT that time to see the changes. It'd just be a little cleaner.
Also, I believe you said a few pages back you were trying to get Xie's mods to work. I was able to get the default to (mostly) work, by disabling Thaumcraft (I disabled a few others, but I don't believe they had as many block ID's as Thaumcraft did. I have 9 free block ID's as of right now) and using ID resolver to remap the ID's. The only problems I currently have (I also have Mo' Creatures installed as well since he won't allow it to be in a modpack) are 1) Can't plant regular seeds (you can plant every other kind.. just not the wheat seeds). and 2) When approaching the floating ruins and LOOKING at them, my game crashes. I can get a crash log if you want.

Floating ruins is for the other "config" of the pack. Look at arrgs post above to fix it. I dont understand it either :smile.gif:
NEVERMIND! I get it! The modloader.cfg replace with modloader-strange(rename it, DUH) to play the strange and the default is machine! (Machiene(I think hes german I see him on reddit)) So thats how you switch!
Hey man. How do I disable Convenient inventory? Its not in the config where you tell us how to disable.
I love Inventory tweaks WAY better. its a much better mod that CI. it is 100% compatible so far. and seriously smokes CI.
Anyway.. im not trying to convince you of changing. I took the Convenientinventory.class out but its still in conflict with Inv Tweaks.
Inv tweaks is working. it just has a spot in the config that says conflict has been detected.
no biggie. but it would be nice to be able to disable CI. it is messing up the hotkeys from working 100% I can deal with that though.

Go to modloader.cfg and turn CI off.
