oou! i see now! not all okay( all textures are inverted
Yeah, i noticed that too. the textures are all in the right place on the model, but the textures for each face are inverted.
I'm currently re-scaling my model so it's about the same height and length, but not wider, so it still fits on the minecart tracks. I'll also re-do the texture so it should turn out fine in-game.
Blockstormtwo, now all I we need is a flat car model and for SpitFire to code it in so that if someone stands on one they would be transported along by said flat car.
Would so love to be able to move PowerCraft's mining machines without having to manually drive them or load them onto an air ship .
well, i can't help you with the coding side of things (i.e. the stand on a moving train part) but i just took 30 mins to make this:
ironically myself am having a cold this instant now should you mention being sick.
EDIT: spitfire4466 may i ask what is the progress for 「trains and zeppelins 1.69 FMC/SMP 1.2.5+railcraft 5.2.1 compatability」?
Everything is in good shape except as I said FML/server part and a lot of items textures to be done
I intend to add more thing before releasing so I can jump to version 2.0 of the mod
Okay, so the latest HST had a major flaw: The dash was level with the roof. Yeah that won't work. In addition to being able to see, the locomotive got some stripes, and a car. Yay!
Should be final: (Didn't set Transparent textures on first picture, the wheel base is the same as car.)

may i have a suggestion? could you make 4 sets of wheels instead of 2 boxes as wheels? i think rounder wheels is related to textures but rounder wheels could give it an aesthetic boost too, since you want to make the contents of the mod of good quality on seeing its getting bigger and bigger.

Though it looks really big in FMC so I may have to scale it down through the code
that is good to know, looking forward to version 2.0 of the mod,as always take your time as rushing would create unecessary bugs.

Problem there is the fact that the necessary scale for rounder wheels is not to scale with the rest of the train. For a 4x4 square they are as round as they get.
Do not be surprised - my English is Google translate. I never play Minecraft without these mods:
ExtraBiomesXl, Industrial Craft, Build Craft, LCTrees++, Metallurgy, Railcraft, Smart Moving, Forestry, Jammy Furniture Mod, Kaevator Super Slopes, Xtra Blocks, ReiMinimap, CraftGuide.
Does anyone else have the train textures occasionally dissapear? Also, do you think you could make the oil tanker behave like a buildcraft liquid tank?

what a pity, but do try to make 4 sets of wheels instead of 2 even if rounder wheels is not possible for the scale.
Spitfire, make screens of CHME3 from different ways, please, so I can fix it texture(
What needs to be done is if you load up your model in FMCModeler, keep the "flip textures vertically" mode ON, and then manually edit your texture file so all the textures appear on your model UPSIDE DOWN. FMCM will place all your textures on the correct side of each object, but will display each individual texture upside down to what will appear in minecraft. thus, you need to also invert your textures so when they are exported, they appear right-side up.

Ah, thank you, I've experienced this as well. If you remain seated in the zepplin after flying for some random amount of time, when you land, you take the equivalent damage of falling from your last height.
If you stand up on the zepplin (right click, but not walk anywhere) while it's floating down to the ground, you do not take this damage.
Zepplin's maximum height limit is also a bit on the low side, at current you cannot fly it up to the current max world height, which makes landing it on the Zepplin pad I built on the roof of my skyscraper factory a bit impossible at the moment :P.
Oh. My . GOD. How did I not know this existed!? This is absolutely epic! Going to be playing with this for the rest of the week/month/year/decade/life. XD One thing though... what does petrolium look like and how will I know when I find it? No pics of it in the OP... >_>
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
...actually, created is a bit much.... Thought of. That's more accurate.
I'm working on some sphax texture pack style textures for this mod. It will also include some high res 128x icons for the trains and carts (which look so much better than the low res defaults).
Yeah, i noticed that too. the textures are all in the right place on the model, but the textures for each face are inverted.

Zepplin's maximum height limit is also a bit on the low side, at current you cannot fly it up to the current max world height, which makes landing it on the Zepplin pad I built on the roof of my skyscraper factory a bit impossible at the moment :P.
...actually, created is a bit much.... Thought of. That's more accurate.
