I too am having this problem along with many others.
I Bought a Optfine Cape But After 2 Weeks Are So It Disappered And When i got to the Website to change it it says i Never Bought One Please Refund The Money or Give me a New One
Wow, that's kinda heartless, isn't it? When you donate to OptiFine (or anything else for that matter) it should be to actually support the developer. The bonus(es) are just a thank-you. You can't have donated that much if your only motive was the cape.

But dude... all the cool kids are wearing optifine capes. You just don't understand, gramps.
You've got a lot of work to do as the first snapshot for Minecraft 1.8 has just come out 2 days ago and Minectaft 1.7 optifine has not yet come out as a full release...
hmm...Before I list a bug, I'll let you know I don't know much about this stuff, so if its my end I understand.
I downloaded a world from our server, and put it in single player (to design a terrain specific area). I started in the nether, built a nether tunnel, but when I leave minecraft crashes. This was with both 1.7.2 A9 and B2. I use the magic launcher to load optifine. When I do this without optifine installed, all is fine. I was also getting severe frame rate drop about every 5 seconds, with a sudden lag spike. No clue why. The world was on peaceful, and no lag-producing devices were running in the nether.
Just thought you'd want to know. I understand its still a preview, and not the full version. IF it is a bug, I figure you want to know about it now. If its me, my crappy computer, or not-reading enough, just let me know.
Thanks,
Johnny

The Ultra preview isn't working for me. Ultra runs fine for me on 1.6 so it is clear that my computer is cape able of having Ultra but when I try to install the preview it says "Minecraft 1.7.2 not found" or whatever.

So...are you trying to use this on Minecraft 1.7.2?
I keep getting an issue where whenever I activate anything redstone or just at random times, many textures suddenly change or disappear completely. Is there a way to fix this? (I am using Optifine 1.7.2 HD B2 Ultra)

Seems like I found a solution for now: switching off multi-core chunk loading. However, my processor is able to run 4 threads at a time, so I don't see how this would be a problem. Also, I have never gotten this issue before 1.7. Is there a bug with multi-core chunk loading?

My brother and I have also had this problem. we fixed it by going into the options and changing the chunk loading setting from multi-core to something else. that fixed the problem the problem for us and I hope it help you too
Hi I got a error when starting mc 1.6.4 with optifine and alot of mods, In the stacktrace there is nothing I can find that indicates at a certian mod. This only happens when optifine is installed, I have tried different versions and editions and all of them generates exactly the same Crash Report, any help is appriciated
I have Tried
OptiFine_1.6.4_HD_C8
OptiFine_1.6.4_HD_C7
OptiFine_1.6.4_HD_U_C8
OptiFine_1.6.4_HD_U_C7
Crash Report
You can see the crash report in the original post.
Its very simple, one of the mods don't support optifine, you can see it here:
Unloaded->Constructed->Pre-initialized
ForgeMicroblock{1.0.0.234} [Forge Microblocks] (ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.234.jar) Unloaded->Constructed->Pre-initialized
TConstruct Environment: DO NOT REPORT THIS CRASH! Unsupported mods in environment: optifine
Me too. Just played for about 2 hours and didn't see one mob. However I went to my blaze farm and the spawner was spawning mobs. After that I went to the end to kill the dragon and there were plenty of endermen. I went back to the overworld after killing the dragon and again, not one zombie or creeper... or skelly. I don't know. It happened before too and then fixed itself. But that was way before I had optifine installed.
Are you guys still having problems? I reverted back to A9 and the hostile mobs are back. So B1 and B2 must be the culprits.
