Thanks for the response, I'm still looking for ways to edit the boots. I found this video which adds an NBT filter for McEdit to edit item attributes, unfortunately as of 1.7.2 I'm unable to replicate what he did. Snapshot 13w21a isn't listed in the dropdown menu in the profile editor sadly..

I'm still looking for newer sources but I hadn't had much luck.
I found something! I think this should be useful for anyone else who wants to add attributes to their armor and weapons.
I'm not sure if you can get modified items with attributes through command blocks but I recommend using this command generator tool to get the items you want, then adding the attributes to the enchanted pair of boots with some extra attributes using MCedit with sethbling's filter.
i dont mean i dont know hot to use or get command blocks. but i mean that i need to give players items with attributes via commandblocks.
still tnx trough
Ohh, yeah I understand now. if you use world edit, I "think" you could import schematic files if the server allows it. I wish you luck on your build. =:3
thats the problem. for mcedit i need to close the server. and an commandblock needs to give it while the server is on.
if you knew what i was building. you would understand

You can include dataTags in the /give command. First the /give syntax:
The UUIDLeast/Most will need to be different on different items if you want the effects to stack. For example, if you have a helmet and a chestplate that both have UUIDs of 001, and each piece increases your health by 4, your health will only increase by 4. If you change the UUIDs on one of the items, then you'll receive 8 instead of 4 health.
"maxHealth" and "attackDamage" increase by 1 for every HALF-heart. So a "maxHealth" of 4 would be 2 hearts.
"movementSpeed" should stay in the low decimals unless you want the player moving too fast.
The maximum "knockbackResistance" is 1 for 100%. 0.5 would be 50%.
any1 know a way how to remove enchants from an item using a command?
This used to be possible with the /enchant command, but that functionality was removed. Very unfortunate; the /enchant command is already very limiting, and having this feature removed really hurt its viability.
can you please make it compatible microsoft access 2007? my computer is really old T_T
It is compatiable with MS 2007, I even used it to program it. It must be something else. Did you try both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions along with the fix spoke of in the main thread?
If so, please provide more information on your problem.
Seems like it. Though I don't understand everything at first glance, I'll definitely have it implemented to my tool.
I have a pastebin of some information regarding attributes on items. It was originally a youtube comment (video link in pastebin), but youtubes' automated spam filters took it down: http://pastebin.com/76sQJUFQ

it says unrecognized format and then it says its corrupted are you able to make it compatible with 2006? it says on startup something about 2006 or maybe its the fact im on vista 32x
[0.8.0]:
- Attributes now implemented! Have fun!
- Implemented the new way to give items. (minecraft:stone instead of ID 1)
Please give me feedback on the new attributes display. Is it easy to work with.. should I improve something? I had to work with the space I had. So it might be a bit rough.
[0.8.1]:
- Fixed the missing Enchantment Level field.
- Fixed the browsing for retrieving templates and players from version to version for 64-bit.
- Added a few blocks in the item's list. Currently working on adding them all due to the new Attribute modifier being able to give any item stats.

just drop the filter file in MCedit's filter folder. =:3

I'll be working on this soon.

yea
I would suggest that you first re-install office. It seems to be a common fix for this error. If the problem persist I will look into it more deeply.
What do you mean by arguments?
Is that what you meant?
