How explain what went wrong and what you did (more news to report it wont make any .class files)
i Tried To Make A Mob did not work then a made a basic item with a exploe on right click command and it did not work and when i tried to install the mod on 1.4.2 it did not work NOTHING WORKS ANYMORE DDDDDDDDAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH

kaspersky. It said it was, So i got rid of that "mod maker" as quick as possible.

some time back I uploaded both the EXE and JAR files to 3 different online 'file antivirus checking sites' can check individual files against numerous scanning engines - & posted the results here
As you see only Kaspersky (& ClamAV in one case) claims there's a possibility of a virus/trojan, while every other scan shows it as clean...
Make of that as you will, but IMHO if 99.7% say it's 'clean' while 0.3% says otherwises - I'm liable to think it's a 'false positive'

You know that you just created the best mod maker in the Minecraft history, right? Of course I have some ideas:
- spawning eggs for mobs,
- new item type: a sapling (so you can load your 'schematic' file that would be generated if you click the 'sapling' item while holding a bone meal),
- new mob type: a golem (so you can choose a special combination of blocks that would spawn this mob),
- new block type: a liquid,
- rare drops for mobs,
- simple achievements
- new block type: a furnace (so you can choose the fuel and unique recipes for this block),
- new mob type: utility (they would attack hostile mobs),
- new mob type: tamable (so you can choose with which item you can tame them),
- new block type: a cake!

I've also suggested a few of these. Much of the others are pretty good ideas too!
I believe golems already have a model in LMM, but I think being able to build mobs is a good idea. As for saplings, I've sugegsted this before, but I think you should be able to select a list of blocks that the saplings can be placed on, and how long it takes to grow on it's own.
I have my own suggestion. Once updated to 1.4, I think it would be cool if you could set a plant option so things could be placed in a flower pot.
I noticed rare drops as well in your post. I think there should be something like in the Custom NPC mod where you can set a certain max number of items with their own possibility of being dropped.
Finally, ability to equip armours for any mobs with armour compatible models.
Edit: Just noticed that your adding multi-texture support for blocks! YYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSS!!!!! NOW I CAN MAKE MY REDWOOD FOREST!!!!
