is there a way to create a spawner using custom spawners that supports name and lore of the gear?
i am making an area where there is a king, and i want him to have 100% drop rate of all his gear, and i want his gear to be called: "The kings sword etc." i can get a spawner with the name and lore using sethblings filters, but not 100% drop rate, and i can get 100% drop rate with Custom spawners but not name and lore, is there a way to get both?
Why is it that I can't get mobs to spawn at Vexian Hyperspawner speed? My delay, max delay and min delay are all set to 1, and it still spawns mobs very slowly. :/

did you set the momentum so that the mobs get away from the spawner realy fast?
if more than 6 mobs are withing range of the spawner, it wont spawn.

As mentioned, you will need to set the position and/or motion data (or max nearby entities in 1.4) or you will just hit the mob cap.
That said, are you sure you actually included the min and max delays? I ask because you said you set both to 1, but setting them to the same number like that usually crashes minecraft.
I'll be working on adding lore data. For now, you would have to use NBTedit to add the lore data to the schematic.
They are still passive as of 12w40b. Punch them and they just keep fluttering about like nothing happened.

Oh, so that's why my minecraft crashed. But it only crashed once. Odd. :/
Anyway, I'll give them some y momentum and add more valid places for them to spawn. Thanks for the help!
Custom Shop is a tool that will create a schematic of a villager with customized shop options.
Select a profession from the drop down menu.
Riches seems to be a count of all trades. Not sure if it has any real function at the moment.
Max uses is the amount of times you can make that trade before it gets locked out.
Current uses is the number of times the trade has been used so far.
Buy A and Buy B are the items the villager wants and Sell is the item he will give you.
Buy A and Sell are mandatory. Buy B is optional (click the check box if you want it).
Enchants on the sell item must come in pairs of numbers (enchant ID and enchant level) separated by spaces. Leave it blank if you don't want enchants.
Enter an item name if desired or leave it blank.
Enter lore as desired. You can add and remove from the list or clear the list entirely.
When all of that data is set how you want it, click add offer. You can add and remove offers from the list as desired or reset the list entirely.
When you have all your offers made, enter a file name and click create shop schematic.
It will be saved in the schematics folder next to the executable.
Note: Villagers currently ignore damage, enchants, etc. on items they want to buy so I excluded most of those options. Example: You could set the villager to want a specific colored wool with an enchant and he would still accept any color wool.

A few things regarding the new Custom Shop program (which is brilliant btw):
1. Could you please add functionality allowing choice of colour for the text in-game of the item name and lore? I would like to use yellow for the item name and gold for the lore- it looks something special!
2. It would be great if you could add an option preventing villagers from offering new trades once you have traded for the items you set for the villager. Sethbling did this by requesting the villager accept endportal and sell endportal. The items set always stay there (if chosen in your program), but the villager will come up with new trades on top of the ones which have been satisfied until there are 3-4 trades offered.
3. Adding potion effects to villagers would be cool too, especially if you wanted the villager to be invincible.
But great program Kamyu!
One more thing- I'm not sure it's possible to implement it, but adding custom names and lore to items in chests, placed by the Populate Chests program would be brilliant!
1. This can already be done by just adding a color code before the text that you want colored. "§" is the symbol you need.
example: §5This text is purple
You can change the color in the middle of the line too if you want.
example: §cRed text §eYellow text more info and color codes
2. You can do this already too if you want. Just add in a recipe like that end portal to end portal idea as the last offer. End portal id is 119.
3. I could add this. It won't be until late tonight or tomorrow at the soonest. Keep your villagers in safe places for now. XD
I downloaded your tool for creating custom spawners and while I can spawn every mob, my game instantly crashes every time I try to spawn primed TNT and I step within the 16 block spawning radius. Is there a specific format of boxes in the creating menu that I need to check and bozes that I need to leave unchecked to get this to work properly? Can I set custom position data and motion data for primed TNT? Thank you.
Really quick: Could someone run down how the enchantment system works in the custom spawners tool? If I were to get a iron sword with sharpness 3 on it, what would I put in the "Weapon Enchants" box in the "Mob Equipment" tab?

Alright, what you want to do is find the enchantment ID from http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Enchanting then what you want to do is type the ID into the enchants box and then press space and then set the level. Like if you wanted the iron sword with sharpness 3 then you'd want to type: 16 3
16 is the ID for sharpness and 3 is level that you want. Hope this helped.
Wonderful tools. I'm just sad I have to jump through hoops to try to use 'em... if it's even possible.

I'ma see if "running them from source through python" works, as recommended on page 1...
EDIT: I can't seem to find the source for the Custom Spawners tool, which is really the most interesting and useful tool to me. It's not on the github page, as far as I can tell o.O
Yeah, that suggestion was a little dated. The more recent tools (all of the ones that create schematics) were made using a different NBT library. As such, I didn't think I should upload the source code into that github project and I've been too lazy to set up a new project there.
Here is a copy of all the source code as of today.

Updated Tool Potion Chest v0.2
fixed a bug where all the potions in a chest were getting the same effects.
edit: I'll probably have the lore data added into Custom Spawner sometime late tomorrow night.
